Upon hearing my daughter’s story, Jay was determined to resolve the issue before she left the store. He understood the risks of being without a phone, bypassed obstacles, and went above and beyond to make sure she did not leave without a phone. He helped her when no one from support could. Thanks to him, she’s reachable again and able to focus on school and work. Jay’s professionalism, kindness, and common sense may very well be the reason I remain a Verizon customer.
