I’m a 77 yr old Verizon customer who stopped in for help as my phone wasn’t working well (Im aware that it’s end user issue) I’m not facile with iPhones. I was so impressed with your retail specialist Joshua Robinson, He is such a credit to Verizon. He was polite, friendly & importantly, highly skilled & fixed my phone . He also took the time to teach me how to enhance my IPhone user efficiency

Customer service sent me to this store to retrieve my PIN number. As soon as we walked in, an employee asked how he could help. I told him what was going on. He stated that they don’t give out PIN numbers. Customer service confirmed that they have records of this store providing this service, just like all the other corporate stores, but the employee refused. He spoke over me quite a few times and was extremely rude. I drove to the location in Bellingham, MA and the employees there took care of my issue without a problem. I have left Verizon as my mobile provider and will not be returning.

Went in to try to change plan. ASSociate had no clue what he was doing. Was making me a plan for a new phone after I told him I didn’t want a new phone. Shady as they come. Waste of my time! Never go there. Terrible and sneaky

Went in here looking to possibly upgrade to an iPhone 17 Pro and switch over my service from AT&T. All of the phones are stuck to the wall, so you’re not allowed to handle them whatsoever. When I was finally acknowledged as being in the store, I inquired about holding the phone I was considering buying and it was a hard no. In fact, the guy stated “if you want to hold the phone then it’s not gonna happen in here”. He asked me what phone I currently had, which I told him I have an iPhone 14 Pro. He said “well it’s pretty much the same thing anyways”. Umm… excuse me? Why would I bother upgrading and switching to Verizon then if the phone is the same thing? He seemed shocked when my response to “should I still check you in anyways?” was an “absolutely not”. I’ve never been talked to like that by a salesperson in my 40 years of life. Not only would I never do business there, but it’s turned me off on Verizon completely. Expecting someone to upgrade to a $1300 phone without being able to handle it is completely unacceptable. I usually like to give businesses the benefit of the doubt before resorting to poor reviews, but this guy needs to take some customer service lessons.
