You won’t be greeted at this location happened more than once. It takes 10 to 15 minutes for assistance. Manager never comes from back to assist with customers while store is over crowded only have one employee on the floor to help customers. As a long time Verizon customer I never have been turned away from any location for not having exact amount of money to pay bill. Extremely rude and prejudice ask elderly with disabilities to leave and find change from local businesses (walk next-door to get exact change). Not sure if that’s Verizon policy. Store need new management n employees.
