Honest and excellent customer service from Ronald! Offered my wife and I twice as much trade in value for our phones than the local corporate Verizon and also helped us find a much better deal on our internet than we were paying with a different carrier. Will be our go-to Verizon store from now on!

Worst experience ever! My son was in there over 3 hours for pretty much nothing. Had to go there twice, because the 1st time they (Eli, Rod) just lied and blamed it on the bill so paid the full bill amount. He’s phone still didn’t work so he had to go back. Was there for hours and his phone currently still does not work properly cannot receive or send text or use any data. Also whatever they did try I received an email stating due to the changes made my bill was going to be $202 more next month and They ( Eli and Manager Steven) told me they didn’t make any changes and don’t know why my bill is more expensive next month and trying to blame on fees??? But I have the email as proof. Without fixing the issue, They told my son at 440pm when he finally was leaving there his phone would be working at 940pm more lies I guess 🤦🏽♀️. The Manager Steven was also very unprofessional. DEFINITELY WON’T RECOMMEND THIS STORE!!
