    I usually do not write Reviews but I was extremely impressed with how Jelk Romero the Store Lead Sales Representative helped me with my Transition from T-Mobile! He honestly was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping me get my 4 lines transferred and made sure that I and my family were totally satisfied, before we left the store! He was totally honest about the process and gave us some great tips and extras to make us happy! I would recommend you talk with him! Remember to ask for him at this store! Jelk Romero is the Best!!!

    Once you have a new phone they do not want to help with any further issue or exchange. They just want their commission and they're not even nice about it. Pick literally any other verizon store. I've never had an issue with any other store and I've been with verizon since my first phone line so I've been to my fair share of stores.

    Thi store store so Far exceeds any other Verizon store I have been in that it beggars description and makes other stores seem not worth visiting. Steve and Jeik are so pleasant and professional that it takes your breath away. "Competent" does not begin to describe their ability, and their bedside manner is just not found very often these days. They run a very tight ship, and it is very clear that they run it for the benefit and the maximum positive experience for the customer.

    I have given this location repeated opportunities to resolve an issue that should have been handled correctly from the start, only to be met with continued incompetence and disappointment. In June 2025, I transferred three phones from T-Mobile to Verizon after being explicitly told by the sales representative, Vladimir, that Verizon would pay off our devices. He assured me that a Visa reimbursement would arrive by mail, conveniently omitting the excessive delays, lack of follow-through, and administrative failures that would follow. After a full month with no update, I contacted Verizon directly and was informed that the reimbursement request had never been submitted. I was then advised to monitor my app and “check back in two weeks” to approve the request something that never appeared. I called again another month later and received the exact same response, demonstrating a complete lack of accountability and urgency. Due to Verizon’s failure to act, I paid off the T-Mobile devices out of my own pocket an expense I would not have incurred had the process been handled as promised. At that point, canceling the service altogether would have been the wiser decision. Throughout this ordeal, I repeatedly attempted to contact Vladimir via text and email, receiving no response until he eventually claimed he would “take care of it.” Unfortunately, this statement proved to be yet another empty promise. The only action taken was resubmitting the same reimbursement request, followed by a single phone call two weeks later expressing confusion as to why nothing had progressed. After that, communication stopped entirely. It has now been six months. I have received no Visa reimbursement, no follow-up, no explanation, and no resolution. This level of unprofessionalism, misinformation, and neglect is unacceptable. I regret transferring from T-Mobile and would strongly caution others against expecting reliable service or honest follow-through from this Verizon location.
