    Patrick at the North Kingstown Verizon store was AWESOME!!to deal with Very helpful and I felt looking out for me and my best interests very caring and knowledgeable he took the time to answer all of my many questions and to explain things to me Verizon has an Awesome employee in Patrick I think Verizon should give him a raise he is a real credit to Verizon

    Went into Verizon to make the switch from android to iPhone and the customer service was 2nd to none. Jay was helpful every step of the way and made, what I thought was going to be challenge in making the switch, to seamless as it gets. Thank you Jay!

    Even with an appointment, you are made to wait to be seen without clarity on how long it’ll be until you are helped!! What a mess, awful service!

    Do not attempt to receive Fios help in this store. I arrived and was 6th in the queue, waited over an hour before even being connected with a staff member and then was placed on a phone call with an unhelpful Fios staff member who was condescending and repeatedly referred to me as “lady” throughout the phone call. Despite the direct connection to a Fios member, I was put on a call with the general phone line and forced to go through all of my data and potential deal options over again. In the end, they were unable to install service for over two weeks—a conclusion that took over two hours to reach. Staff seems completely unequipped to handle internet and wifi issues despite signs displaying information about Fios around the store.
