I arrived and was 6th in the queue, waited over an hour before even being connected with a staff member and then was placed on a phone call with an unhelpful Fios staff member who was condescending and repeatedly referred to me as “lady” throughout the phone call. Despite the direct connection to a Fios member, I was put on a call with the general phone line and forced to go through all of my data and potential deal options over again. In the end, they were unable to install service for over two weeks—a conclusion that took over two hours to reach. Staff seems completely unequipped to handle internet and wifi issues despite signs displaying information about Fios around the store.
