On top of that, he even offered to stay while our phones transferred so we could go grab something to eat. The transfer was estimated to take one to two hours and he still offered to wait and make sure everything went smoothly with the switch to Verizon. We really appreciated all of Roger’s effort—he was extremely helpful, patient, and insightful throughout the entire process.
