She was very straightforward and made sure that I got the phone upgrade without overspending or paying for an unnecessary subscription. But def don't buy the case or lens from the store. They say that there is discount on the lens, protector and case products but don't go for it cause it is still 3-4x the cost from what you'd pay on Amazon or at Walmart. The Walmart has cases and protectors for way cheaper.

Amy R and the store manager are not knowledgeable, gave incorrect information, have no manners and no concept of how a customer should be treated. Luckily I was able to record the yelling. Will be contacting corporate on this one. Just horrible!

Living over 5 hours away, they sold my daughter a phone to replace her "broken" phone without acknowledging that the "broken" phone not only had insurance but was also under warranty. Verizon stepped in, got us a new phone, and instructed us to return the "purchase" phone to the Verizon Victra store.. We returned the phone on 9/12/25. This store never closed the phone out in the system, and as a result, the $1124.82 cannot be credited until they do this! They credited the measly $31.40 activation fee, but not the $1124.82! I spent over 8 hours on several calls and chats. In the end, Verizon says they need to speak to the store manager at the local store, whom they cannot get in touch with, or get anyone at the location to answer a phone! I just need a call back and someone to provide a tiny bit of customer service. This is terrible for Verizon and Verizon Victra as it relates to a long-standing customer who is about to leave and go to another carrier!!!!
