- CKCorey KingDec 28, 20255.0I just left this Verizon store after showing up with no appointment to get some info about switching from AT&T with 3 lines and upgrading our phones. I met with Dave, who was very kind, incredibly knowledgeable and willing to break everything down for me in simple terms and numbers - and there was quite a bit to break down! I never felt rushed, never felt pressured and Dave answered all my questions before I even had a chance to ask him, even knowing that I couldn’t sign up the same day. He also managed to find a first responder discount - again, completely unprompted. Dave smiled and kept eye contact the whole time, and was void of any of the typical salesperson vibes that other Verizon employees I’ve encountered at different locations have exhibited. He’s a true professional, and I’ve never felt better or more confident in making the decision to switch. My family and I will be giving him a call in the very near future to get the ball rolling. Dave - thanks for your professionalism, patience and all the notes. It was a pleasure to meet with you today. To the owners: Dave is a true asset to your business and I would highly recommend him to friends and family with no hesitations.
