This place is an overpriced scam. They turned my 8 lb. cat away, not once but twice. Why? Because she growled at them from her crate. My cat was scared, but not as petrified as the vet. What kind of vet is afraid of an 8 lb cat? But then they had no problem trying to sell me a $2500+ teeth cleaning. I would stay far away from this place.

I came here for a free first wellness check, and let me just say that whole coupon is just the biggest scam to get people in their doors so they can charge them so many fees. I doubt they would even let me leave if I didn’t buy anything. They at least told me the prices beforehand, but the vet seemed very judging of the fact that I couldn’t afford most treatment. I ended up just opting to get my cat a rabies shot, she’s a senior. She started to get annoyed when they were touching her and started growling, I honestly didn’t want to even get her the shot then and there because I knew she was too stressed out, but as I said I had to buy something. When they gave her the shot they just shoved a blanket over her whole head and body to shove the shot in her. She’s been so stressed out since and started growling when she doesn’t normally do that. I’m so upset because they should’ve gave her more time, she was clearly stressed out. They made her so angry and upset she was howling. The simple rabies shot was also 75$ which I found insanely high. Your best bet to do is just avoid this place and go somewhere else even if they have a free check up, they’re trying to get as much money as they can from you, and they didn’t even care my senior cat was so stressed out, giving her time was leaving the room for 5 minutes and coming back to shove a blanket over her to give her a shot. I just hope she calms down because she’s too old to be that stressed out. Also the wellness check consisted of literally just weighing her and touching her, they didn’t give me any other information except she has scabs on her head but we need money to take a skin sample, which I get that, but you think they would give me any more information than just that for the wellness check. I feel like I came here for absolutely nothing, except for my cat to get extremely stressed out. I would’ve rather went somewhere else for her rabies shot that didn’t charge $75 and would’ve tried to work with her more considering she’s 14 and gets stressed out easily instead of just shoving a towel over her and calling it a day even though she was clearly unhappy and is still acting weird because of it.

My wife and I cannot say enough nice things about everyone here. Both Dr. Casey and Dr Pyun are so caring, genuine and compassionate. The technicians are clearly all animal lovers with their best interest at heart. We recently lost our long time cat Giselle, but everybody was so compassionate and patient with us. The years of treatment and check-ups before that were always great and everybody always remembered us and our Giselle, we always felt welcomed. I’m sure we’ll be back once we’re ready for another fur baby but for now, we’re just so grateful for everything they did for Giselle.

I have been taking my sheltie Autumn here since she was a puppy. Always amazing service and never a long wait. I am usually in and out of here within 45 minutes. My dog was spayed at 6 months old and had no complications. Average pricing. No waitlist when I inquired about becoming a patient in 2019. Highly recommended! My dog is scared coming here so don’t ask her. Her reaction to my review is below.
