  They lied to me, I went for a free check up, to get those poor cats fixed I ended up paying around 200 dollars, this is one of the animal hospitals that are about taking your hard earned money, beside they didn’t do anything like blood work, the check up IS NOT WORTH IT, they basically scamming people by making them scared if they don’t listen to the doctor and her assistant, when you say you can’t afford it they more likely to be upset for their money than your pets, I definitely don’t trust this place, and I definitely suggest you to go real animal hospital, private hospital they just wanna take your money

  Great experience as a first-time client! The customer service was excellent, and the staff was very patient-focused and caring. I felt welcomed and well taken care of from start to finish. Highly recommend!

  Our first time here with our new pup and we met with Dr. Drake who was amazing, as was the rest of the team from front desk to our vet assistant. You could tell they care about their clients, both human and 4 legged. We had ample time to ask all the questions we had and get any information before our next check up. The whole team was patient and gentle with our pup as well.

  There is absolutely no better veterinarian office than VCA Atwood Animal Hospital in Cranston. Talk about genuine, authentic care and true love for animals... you feel it the second you walk through the door and are greeted by Karen and the incredibly friendly front desk team. I've been bringing my boxer puppy, Phoebe, here since the day we got her. As any puppy parent knows, the first year means lots of visits and lots of vaccines... I've probably been in close to a dozen times, and I still look forward to every appointment. It's honestly an educational experience, and the way this team interacts with the dogs is unmatched. They're so sweet, playful, and patient that my puppy literally gets excited to go. Between the treats and the cheese sticks, she walks in like it's her favorite social event, and somehow even shots and nail clips don't phase her. I've primarily seen Dr. Monteiro, and talk about BEST-in-class. She is kind, patient, brilliant, and explains everything in a way that blends science-based evidence with practical experience. I really appreciated her thoughtful guidance on timelines for spaying my girl. I've also been seen by Dr. Stella and Dr. Salgueiro, who are also phenomenal, patient, informative, and truly invested in your pet. Huge shout-out to the incredible techs Jose, Maria, Kelly, and Michelle. Their knowledge, care, and calm confidence make every visit smooth. You can tell they love what they do. This place makes you feel like an extension of their animal family. The love and care they show your pet is palpable every single time. They don't try to oversell you on anything, but they do offer great options like the Care Club, which is especially helpful during that super busy first-year puppy phase. I can't say enough good things about this office. VCA Atwood's greatest asset is their people, and we feel genuinely lucky to have Phoebe's care in their hands. Highly, highly recommend!!
