He even stayed a few extra minutes after the store closed to continue assisting us and answering our questions, making sure we left the store understanding every detail of our new plan which will be helping us save 100s monthly because T-Mobile was robbing us of our money. This man charged me $20 to setup my phone even though my boyfriend set it up as he had to help another customer. He also didn't tell me I was signing a contract for a free phone. He added insurance without my consent. Do not go to this store. I called Verizon and they refunded me sure the insurance but not the $20 setup. I called the store to complain and a manager never returned my call. Go somewhere else where people won't hide fees to get commission. F this store.
