    Bad company still living in 1950. Wanted to returned an item bought online with a compagnie card and the only way to get a refund is to have that card. Any other store you don’t need the card anymore to get a refund. Arrive in 2026 Bestbuy!

    I don’t want to even give one star. This location deserves -10 points in ratings. Every time I come to this store to buy something there is nobody to help and give a service . We have to wait for hours to see a sales person. Today, again same thing happened I see all the store by myself to get a memory card and i couldn’t find anywhere . It was just i want to know where are they and give me one and that’s it . There were just two person to help and they were just going around here and there. I was looking at their faces to help me but nobody care. Again , today i am leaving the store without buying anything. Plus I wasted my 30 minutes. This is the same thing 4th time . I am never coming in this store again. Very bad service and bad behaviour always , rude and unprofessional.

    ***ATTENTION*** : Très mauvaise expérience chez Best Buy (Vendeur tiers Marketplace) ​Je tiens à partager ma très mauvaise expérience pour éviter que d'autres consommateurs ne se fassent piéger. ​J'ai acheté un téléphone portable chez Best Buy, vendu comme étant neuf et non reconditionné. Pourtant, après seulement deux mois d'utilisation, l'appareil présente déjà des défaillances majeures. Malgré une garantie censée durer un an, le service à la clientèle de Best Buy refuse tout échange ou solution immédiate. ​Les points critiques à retenir : ​Vendeur Marketplace douteux : Mon appareil a été vendu par un tiers via leur plateforme ("Malik Gizmodo"). Soyez extrêmement vigilants, car Best Buy semble se dégager de toute responsabilité directe. ​Absence de support professionnel : On m'exige l'envoi du téléphone par la poste pour une expertise de plusieurs semaines, sans aucun prêt d'appareil de remplacement. ​Impact professionnel : En 2026, il est impossible de rester sans téléphone, surtout quand il s'agit de notre principal outil de travail. Best Buy n'offre aucune accommodation pour les professionnels. ​Je vous recommande fortement d'éviter l'achat de téléphones via la Marketplace de Best Buy. I went to the Best Buy in Vaudreuil to get help regarding the warranty on my iPhone 15 Plus, and my experience was extremely disappointing. When I bought my phone about two years ago, the warranty was sold to me with the clear understanding that there would be no deductible. After paying around $19 per month for two years, I was told today that there is a $240 deductible just to replace a battery — even though Apple charges about $89 for the same service. I honestly feel misled by the way this warranty was presented at the time of purchase. The in-store service was also very slow. I waited about 15 minutes before someone started helping me, and after discussing my situation, I was told that I had to submit the warranty claim myself online, which defeats the purpose of having in-store support. On top of that, since my plan includes a free screen protector, I tried to take advantage of it. I waited nearly another 30 minutes while the employee who was helping me left to assist another customer who was already being helped by two colleagues. In the end, after wasting about 1 hour and 30 minutes in the store, I left without a screen protector and without any real solution. Very disappointed with the overall experience. I expected clearer communication, more efficient service, and above all, transparency regarding the warranty conditions. — Je ne recommande pas cette garantie. Je suis allé au Best Buy de Vaudreuil pour obtenir de l’aide concernant la garantie de mon iPhone 15 Plus, et mon expérience a été extrêmement décevante. Lors de l’achat de mon téléphone il y a environ deux ans, on m’a vendu une garantie mensuelle en me disant clairement qu’il n’y aurait aucune franchise. Après avoir payé environ 19 $ par mois pendant deux ans, on m’annonce aujourd’hui qu’il y aurait une franchise de 240 $ pour un remplacement de batterie — alors qu’Apple facture environ 89 $ pour ce même service. Je me sens honnêtement trompé par la façon dont la garantie m’a été présentée au moment de l’achat. Le service en magasin a aussi été très lent. J’ai attendu environ 15 minutes avant d’être pris en charge, et après discussion, on m’a dit que je devais faire moi-même ma réclamation de garantie en ligne, ce qui enlève complètement l’intérêt d’avoir du support en magasin. De plus, comme mon plan inclut un protecteur d’écran, j’ai voulu en profiter. J’ai attendu près de 30 minutes supplémentaires pendant que l’employé allait aider d’autres clients, dont une personne déjà assistée par deux collègues. Finalement, après avoir perdu environ 1 h 30 dans le magasin, je suis reparti sans protecteur d’écran et sans solution concrète. Très déçu de l’expérience globale. Je m’attendais à un service plus clair, plus efficace et surtout plus transparent concernant les conditions de la garantie.
