I came back THE SAME DAY and they told me they don't do refund or exchange if it's open. The SAME employee Fiona that helped me at the cash to buy it 3 hours earlier told me they won't accept it cause it's the policy. The policy that she never told me once. She was incredibly rude and said that it was on the website. As if people after buying an item go see on the website the policy. It's ridiculous and I won't ever go back there we usually have great service with Jordan but Fiona was really rude and didn't do her job at all. The company should train her on their policies and customer service.

I’ve been buying silicone screen protectors at Best Buy for over 6 years, and I work in very harsh conditions — they’ve never let me down. Whether it’s for my phone and/or my smartwatch, they always hold up perfectly. At the Vaudreuil location, Axel in the cellphone department is incredible — precise, dedicated, and clearly takes pride in his work. Every time, he applies the screen protector with absolute precision. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my devices.
