Situation inacceptable et injuste. Aucun effort du service client pour reconnaître l’erreur ou proposer une solution. Politique de retour appliquée sans logique ni respect du client.

Aweful service this morning get a call saying they Will be at our house in 5 minutes at 7:15 am the truck is infront of our house we get a call saying they cannot deliver as the adresse is wrong noting they are infront of our house they leave with the TV !!!! We havé our reciept in hand where is the problem worst service inacceptable!!!

Absolutely unacceptable customer service if I could I'd give 0 stars
The salesperson, Jean-Philippe, was extremely rude, arrogant, and disrespectful from the very beginning. Although I do speak French, my first language is English. I approached him politely, in French, and simply asked if he was available to help since it was Boxing Day and the store was busy. His response was immediately rude and dismissive.
I then explained—politely—that my mother and I were interested in purchasing AirPods and wanted information on the different brands available. I had to repeat myself three times, and each time his responses were just as rude and condescending. It became clear that he either did not want to help us or did not make any effort to understand me, so I chose to walk away.
He followed us, and I pointed to the Beats headphones, which is what my mother wanted. At that point, he looked at us in a very judgmental way and said, “Are you sure you can afford this?” That comment was completely inappropriate, insulting, and unprofessional.
To make matters worse, he then directed us toward a cheaper pair and said, “This would be better for you,” implying we could not afford the product we were interested in.
This experience was humiliating, frustrating, and unacceptable. No customer should ever be spoken to or judged this way. I will not be returning, and I sincerely hope management addresses this kind of behavior immediately

I walked in looking for advice on a laptop purchase and quickly realized customer service was not a priority here. Most employees were too busy fooling around with each other instead of helping paying customers.
When I finally managed to get a sales rep, they shoved the first laptop they grabbed at me with zero explanation beyond “it’s good.” Any questions I tried to ask during the transaction were ignored so they could go right back to joking around in a perfect circle with coworkers.
If I wanted careless, dismissive service, I would have gone to a Walmart. Instead, I returned the laptop and took my money to Staple.
Reality check: when a customer is about to spend thousands of dollars, they deserve more than being treated like an inconvenience for 5 minutes.

Placed an order with them that was estimated to be delivered in 5 days, it’s been 10 days now and still haven’t received it, went to ask what was going on with my order, they said they didn’t know what was going on and that I would have to just wait until the delivery is updated in the tracking website, I asked for a refund and they said I couldn’t get a refund until it’s been 7 business days since the delivery tracking status was last updated, how magnificent of them..
You asked me to contact you? but I already did, I called Best Buy agents on phone and they told me they couldn’t help, I went to your store at Vaudreuil and they told me the same thing, that they didn’t have any other information about my order. So basically I don’t know and they don’t know where my order is, it was last updated on the tracking site Dec 4th. I asked for a refund but they said I have to wait for at least 7 business days before I can ask for a refund. It’s been 11 days today since I placed the order and still no news since on the 4th, and this was a sold and shipped by Best Buy order, yet they have no information about it.
