    Absolutely horrified and stressed. Do not shop here. Andre in laptops smiled and lied to me about everything. What Geeksquad would and could do to recover data from crashed laptop. When technician would come to my house. Sent technician with wrong laptop that he actually set up for me and I only realized it was wrong one once he had left and I jumped on. Andre said Microsoft suite already on laptop. Nope. Tech came here 3 times today and now back tomorrow to reverse the sheer stupidity of these idiots. Beyond pissed off.

    I don’t want to even give one star. This location deserves -10 points in ratings. Every time I come to this store to buy something there is nobody to help and give a service . We have to wait for hours to see a sales person. Today, again same thing happened I see all the store by myself to get a memory card and i couldn’t find anywhere . It was just i want to know where are they and give me one and that’s it . There were just two person to help and they were just going around here and there. I was looking at their faces to help me but nobody care. Again , today i am leaving the store without buying anything. Plus I wasted my 30 minutes. This is the same thing 4th time . I am never coming in this store again. Very bad service and bad behaviour always , rude and unprofessional.
