Ayant déjà vécu une très mauvaise expérience chez Best Buy par le passé, j’ai décidé de leur accorder une seconde chance — malheureusement, ce fut une grosse erreur. Il s’agit sans doute de la pire expérience client que j’ai connue. Je me suis présenté afin de profiter d’une promotion mobilité. Non seulement je n’en ai pas bénéficié, mais j’ai failli perdre mon numéro de téléphone, ce qui est totalement inacceptable. Manque de compétence, de rigueur et de professionnalisme. Je ne recommande absolument pas.
