  I went in search of a mousepad and came out with a mousepad. I was greeted in English, which I found a little odd, so I feigned offense: "Why are you giving me the English treatment? Do I look English?" lol The CSR did her best and explained it was just customer service. She then helped me find a mousepad and then tried to upsell me on some phone plan. She seemed taken aback when I told her I did not know who my carrier was because my mom pays for my phone plan. I'm not a cellphone kind of person! I left feeling rather amused and I hope she was amused too!
