Les prix affichés en magasin ne sont pas respectés à la caisse, où l’on nous charge un montant plus élevé. Malgré avoir mentionné à plusieurs reprises les normes de la protection du consommateur, ils ont refusé d’honorer le prix affiché. Je déconseille fortement cet endroit si vous recherchez un service transparent et respectueux. Faites quelques pas de plus et allez au vrai Best Buy un peu plus loin, vous éviterez bien des frustrations.
