  Rosemere, quebec location ,wasting my time :( , i went yesterday to see if i can find a laptop for me, yes i found one, option 1 = i can order it & delivery is between 2-5 days ; option 2 = 3 laptop will arrive tomorrow morning on 8am delivery truck & the employee told me to come at 10 am=opening store, i can not pay for it? they will not call me ? ok. I went this morning at 10 am opening store, the employee went to check behind, he told me they receive it & need to accept the delivery? i return home & order on amazon, i will receive it tomorrow same model, my reason is to buy it on amazon, imagine i return to the store & they told order not accepted yet or all sold or any other reason, do i lookalike a yoyo= No

Mon Rond arrière de ma cuisinière Insignia a cessé de fonctionner après 2 ans et demi et il est impossible d'acheter une pièce de remplacement. Le seul endroit dans le monde où nous pouvons acheter la pièce c'est insignia et il refuse de me vendre la pièce parce que je n'ai pas de garanti prolongée. Encore pire les employés et directeur adjoint de Best Buy de Rosermère, me répondent qu'ils ne peuvent rien faire. Conclusion, Insignia et Best Buy conserve leur pièces pour réparer ceux qui ont une garantie prolongée.

  Toujours très satisfaite. Ils ont parfois des rabais qui valent la peine. Ils ont de très bons conseillés et le service est rapide à certaines heures ou certains jours de la semaine. Très bonne garantie sur les disques externes et autres produits. Ex.: Un disque externe pour ordinateur échappé peut être remplacé gratuitement si vous avez pris la garantie. Informez vous à un de leurs conseillers.

  I can't express how terrible the customer service is here. Especially in the TV dept. From rude and ignorant to trying to upsell to higher priced models. Went there 3x in the last few months and each time was horrible service, never again. The last time i asked about a particular tv function i needed and the guy insisted it was a certain tv of $600. I then found the exact same one(he said that didn't exist) instead at thebrick for under $200. On a final note: its no wonder in December, whats supposed to be a packed store electronics+holidays, was almost empty and staff were hanging around gossiping not busy. Honestly a gang of punks flexing attitude for working in a bestbuy is pretty weak. UPDATE: that copy/paste contact us results in 0, so it adds onto the waste of time and unprofessionalism. The word "Best" in this company's name is grossly misused.
