    Update: you’ll notice they responded with faux ‘we strive to…’ and ‘we want to help’ but obviously that’s for review readers. If they strived to be better these complaints wouldn’t be consistent. If they wanted to help the contact info would lead to a direct line instead of the ‘contact us’ on the website. Evidently management is as lazy as staff. What a shocker 🙄 ~~~~~~~~ Took my mother to this store to get a new notebook. I carefully researched all options and narrowed it down to two. Good thing I did the research because the employees have zero knowledge of their products, too much to write, but it was mind blowing how little they knew. The deciding factor between the surface pro and the Lenovo IdeaPad was the fact that two associates told us the keyboard WAS INCLUDED with the SurfacePro, I asked if they were sure because it was not included with the older model, the one my mother was replacing. Nope, it’s included, but the computer isn’t in stock. No worries, we’ll come pick it up. Went to pick it up today and guess what was not in the box, the keyboard! They said the associate who helped us was busy so they sent someone else over. I explained the situation and he said ‘so you want to exchange it for the Lenovo?’ No! I want you to make it right. We lost a good 3 hours and two trips and did not get what we were promised. In the last 5 years between myself, my mother and sister we have purchased no less than 5 laptops, a big screen TV, earbuds and a portable AC. We will not be coming back and want to make sure potential customers are aware of what to expect. I recommend you go elsewhere or record everything the sales reps tell you.

    Went to the geek squad to have my pc checked because it was crashing for unknown reasons. After 4~5 days, i get a call saying the motherboard was "dead". After it was changed, i went home to try my pc, see if it would crash, hoping the problem was fixed. But no it kept on crashing. Worst part is now my fans are alway on full power and i can't lower the speed because the new motherboard doesnt detect it. Went back to the geek squad to complain that they didn't fix the problem. It took 1 month to update me that i need new fans. Really?? So i basically payed 350$ for a new motherboard for nothing. My pc is still loud and crashing. Worst customer service ive ever experienced. I do not recommend Best Buy.

    I came in to buy a tablet. Tried asking for service from tech squad. He said couldn't help me and that I needed to flag a guy in blue. Went back to his phone. I asked him to call the guy for me. After casually signaling to his coworker, went back to his phone. His coworker leaves. I wait. I watch several other employees in blue walking around with their phones out. After 15 minutes I got tired of waiting. There is a distinct lack of professionalism here.

    My experience purchasing a laptop was great. The representative, Andre, was very knowledgeable friendly and helpful. I walked in not knowing exactly what to get. Andre listened to me, asked me the right questions and gave me his professional opinion providing me with a couple models that would work. He was attentive to what i needed and did not just push the most expensive models on me as it often feels like at the other stores. We pinpointed together my needs and got exactly what i wanted. No oversell, no pushiness, just an overall pleasant experience. I would strongly recommend Andre if you ever need a computer. The expertise provided is a must in my opinion.

Protecting Your $1,000 Because you only have a screenshot and no official "Return" or "Void" slip, you are currently in a bit of a "trust but verify" situation with their system. The "48-Hour Rule": If that "Pending" status hasn't vanished or turned into a "Canceled" status on your banking app within 48 hours, call your bank. Tell them you have proof of a canceled transaction and that the merchant refused to provide a formal receipt. Save that Screenshot: That image is your only shield right now. Move it to a "Favorites" folder or email it to yourself so it doesn’t get lost in your camera roll.
