My experience at this store was very disappointing. The staff and even the supervisor seemed more focused on selling phone plans (such as Bell) to earn commission rather than actually helping customers. In addition, some of the employees appeared to be wasting their time instead of providing proper and responsible customer service. Overall, I felt like I was being given the runaround, and no one was taking real responsibility.
I purchased an Apple Watch from this location, but unfortunately the staff were unable to connect it to my phone and told me to visit another branch. When I went to the other branch, they told me to return to the original store because they had no contract with me.
After four trips between branches, I still received no solution. The supervisor said they would place an order for me, but even after five days, I received no follow‑up call. It is surprising and frustrating that the team at this store, including the supervisor, does not seem to follow basic principles of customer service or customer satisfaction.

Switched to Fido. What a mistake. Was assured I would have a monthly bill of 80.65 for two phones which I owned. Connection fee would be waived. I have called Fido 3x always with at least a three day delay. Nothing has been resolved . My first bill was over 260.00 . I will be contacting the better business bureau. Do not believe them , I feel I was totally deceived

If you want household electronics and general gadgets, solid store. If you're looking for video games, awful store.
I used to shop here for movies and TV series until they stopped selling them. I kept buying games here until I moved away. I went recently and checked out their video game selection and firstly it's a terribly small selection and secondly it's priced higher than physical and online competitors. I saw games being priced $20-$30 more than other stores (i.e. GTA Trilogy on Switch for $69.99 versus $29.99 at EB Games and on Amazon).
Also got approached by an apparent staff member who had no Best Buy or Geek Squad uniform or even a lanyard. Initially confused me, thought for a moment it was just some random man. Dude was very friendly and respectful, but was a bit confusing lol.

Иногда приходится самостоятельно разбираться или уточнять информацию в других источниках. Несмотря на это, магазин может быть полезен для тех, кто уже понимает, что именно ищет, и готов сделать выбор без подробной консультации. Опять таки базовые знания про товар большинство работников знает, ну и к тому же возможно мне попался тот кто просто не знал всех нюансов.

The employees have little knowledge about products,when i went to pick up my online order for my camera i ask them abt the offer and then i waited for 30 min then they said i cannot buy the lense and battery both in offer even when it say soo on offer. One manager says yes u can buy both battery and lense in offer. The customer service girl says no u can only get battries on half price as per another mamager Inder. I dont know other employee names. But they wasted my 1.5 hr in store and the customer service girl was not even sorry. None of the employee was welcoming. Just giving excuesses that it happens as we are very busy. This is so frustrating. I will never go to this store. I would recommend buy somewhere else.
Total purchase $1040 bad customer experience.
