Très mauvaise expérience, j'avais un rendez-vous à 10:10 ils m'ont vu à 10:30 pour le diagnostic, après le système ne marchais plus pour enregistrer le bon de travail, ils m'ont fait attendre jusqu'à 11:10 pour me dire qu'ils ne pouvaient plus faire des réparations pour la journée. La gestionnaire n'a pas pu me donner aucune solution.

J'ai visité cette boutique pour un problème technique sur mon IPhone et je ne peux que recommander le service du Genius Bar. Même si le lieu est très fréquenté, mon rendez-vous a été honoré à la minute près. Le technicien a fait preuve d'une grande patience pour m'expliquer l'origine de la panne et les différentes options de réparation qui s'offraient à moi. On sent que l'équipe est passionnée et dévouée à la satisfaction client. C’est ce genre d'expérience qui justifie la réputation de la marque. Merci encore pour l'aide précieuse !

I've had some very bad experiences with the iPhone. Years ago, my phone was hacked and my personal photos were posted on Instagram without my permission. Then, it was reset to like a new iPhone, erasing all my data. I hope Apple improves security to prevent this from happening again. My current iPhone is also starting to have bugs, even though I've only had it for a little over a year and the screen isn't damaged. It's frustrating, especially after my previous experience and the loss of my data, not to mention the high price of these devices. I've also had my phone stolen on public transport and at work before, which makes me even more concerned about security.

I came in to replace my battery for my IPhone 12 mini. I had an appointment made the week before. It took a bit of time before someone came, but the store was busy so I understood. The interaction with the employee was fine, and they took my phone. I came back in at the estimated time they told me, and they made me wait and stalled for as long as they could, until one employee came with the manager. They told me the screen broke, and that they 1) didn’t have a replacement screen on site (I did make an appointment in advance so I am surprised they don’t have replacements in case this happens) and 2) they didn’t have a phone they could lend me for the next three days.
They suggested I buy a brand new phone and get it refunded after… or drive to the Laval store and come pick it up. I refused because 1) I didn’t want to drop 800-900$ on a mistake they made, 2) what would they do with the brand new phone I used for maybe three days? 3) they had already made me wait for an extra hour, and someone was waiting for me and I was getting very late.
When I said that I found the process overly complicated, the manager simply mumbled that I was refusing to pay a new phone because it was “financially complex”… I honestly do not know why they drew this from the conversation, especially since my issue lies with the fact that they were asking me to spend money for a mistake they did. I don’t think a car dealership would ask you to spend money on a brand new car for a few days because they broke a piece in your car for which they didn’t have a replacement…
Anyway, when I came by two days later to pick up my phone, the employee who came to see me barely acknowledged my presence and kept walking off to check something. I usually don’t mind and don’t complain, but the whole interaction with the staff felt very odd and robotic, like I was inconveniencing the whole staff for a mistake they made lol
Overall, I wouldn’t recommend going for repairs there. I think that, in that situation, they lacked communication skills and their customer service needs some serious work. The whole staff seem a bit overwhelmed by the number of customers, and I personally felt the same. I didn’t know where to look and who to approach most of the time, because I kept seeing the employees walking or looking at their tablets to avoid looking at customers.
They didn’t make me pay for the screen (the bare minimum lol), but they made me pay for the service I came for initially.

I am a regular client of Apple products buying at least eight iPads for business of mine. Normally I get them from Best Buy. However, this time I found myself here in Montreal store… oh mine their service is so bad.. the staff was acting as if I was bothering her. I wanted to buy a Mac and an iPad. After I paid for the Mac. I could not stand the staff’s attitude any more I told her “ She made me feel like I was bothering her by purchasing these products “. ( Facts: I was in the store for less than five minutes knowing exactly what I want) Somehow the staff talked to her manager who came to me aggressively without asking for details. The manager even asked me if I had paid my Mac book. Then he Said he doesn’t want to sell me the iPad. At this time I pulled out my iPhone and started vedio asking him to say that again. Guess what ? he dared to say nothing about refusing to sell the iPad to me in stead “ I will go to the back of the store to see if we have the iPad “ what a incompetent manager who crossed lines. No wonder this store has 3.8 reviews. I will bring this issue to the headquarters of Apple.
