  J'ai déplacé 20 km avec femme pour acheter un macbook pro qui me coûtera 3000 dollars à la fin j’ai demande les toilettes ils m'ont dit sont juste pour les employés j'étais déçu parce que j'étais capable acheter en ligne sans aller dans le moins -17 et sans avoir l'envie de pépé

  Very disappointing experience. I was told that I could bring my phone anytime, even 3 hours before closing. Based on that information, I planned my entire day and traveled to the store today. Once I arrived, they suddenly told me they couldn’t take my phone because they had “too many phones to repair.” This is extremely unprofessional and a complete waste of my time. If you cannot handle repairs, do not give customers false information. I expected much better service from Apple

  Had a problem with apple care and they gave me a free accessory which was impossible to claim. The manager upstairs on Dec 30 2025 at approximately 6:00 PM rectified the situation and made it possible to retrieve without having me go through more unnecessary hoops. Give them a raise!!!!!! And thank you ✨💅🏼

  I hope that the manager of the store will see my review and make strict reaction to what happened to me. Actually I came on Wednesday December 17th at 8:30pm (30min before the closing time) to buy a phone case. A girl and a guy were sitting there and doing nothing. The store's website and Googlemap indicated that the closing time is 9:00pm. However they refused to let me come in and were looking weirdly at me. When I told them that there are still 30min before closing time, the girl started locking the door. That was very disrespectful and unprofessional. I will never come to this store, because it employs such people

  Four days ago, I took my laptop (new 2025) for repair of the key that was stuck. They told me to come back in 3 days so the technician would fix it on the spot. Came yesterday. I showed up to my appointment, and the technician said we have to ship it to another centre to fix it. I asked him where the centre is so I can take it to expedite the process. The technician who couldn't put the key back told me it was the company's confidential information and forced me to turn off my laptop's location services. Today, when I called back, they said it would take them 2 days to fix it. After talking to the store manager, she said she would give me an update today. And when asked where my laptop is, she said it was at the store. They don’t have another facility. Who is not being truthful? Why did they have to turn off my location services? Why didn’t they take the laptop 4 days ago?
