The staff was shockingly rude, dismissive, and completely unprepared to assist with even the most basic questions. (I would give zero stars if that was an option.)
- SHS HOct 28, 20251.0If I could give zero stars I would. Slow staff and deceptive waiting times for repairs. Blatant lack of any sort of customer service or accountability. I was told I would receive a message when repairs were completed. I did not and it’s 2 days past the estimated finish date. I had to go to the store for answers because they had no results when I called. I need my Mac for work but given the inability of this location it’s worth it to spend the time to drive to a different store rather than this one. Just gonna switch brands at this point. Why spend 100´s of dollars on repairs if I’m not going to get it back in a timely manner.
