    Worst experience ever by Salma, i was there on boxing day and she gave me wrong pricing for the phone. Even after asking her 3 times to confirm the phone price my bill is sooo high. They lied. And i was standing in line for 2 hours.

    4/5 L'attente est quand même longue pour la periode de boxing day, donc il faut arriver d'avance. Mais notre service a été impeccable on a été servis par Sarah qui a pris son temps pour s'assurer que tout soit conforme, on a transféré 3 lignes et il y a eu une erreur de la part de l'opérateur pressé qui a transféré les numéros au mauvais appareil, mais Sarah après a vraiment fait en sorte que la situation se règle. Merci encore Sarah!

    12/20/2025- The employee working here was the worst combination of NPC AND a bad attitude. From the jump, she looked at me like I was an idiot for asking for a "discontinued" iPhone 16 Pro, only to immediately contradict herself and admit they did have the 1TB models in stock. When I asked for the 256GB model (which the website sent me there for), she insists I couldn't order it online because "contracts have to be started in-store”, WHILE STANDING IN THE STORE I tried to reason with her, but she was stuck in a loop of condescension and refusal to help. Thankfully, the Rogers store across the way was happy to take my money and get me set If you hate your job and your customers this much, do everyone a favor and quit Update: Management responded to this review (see below) with a generic copy-paste link. I actually followed it, and it leads to a general support page and a chatbot with zero option to report this specific incident. This just proves my point: from the store employee to the corporate reply, this entire experience is just scripts, circular logic, and fake help.

    Worst Experience I have ever had in retail store. The sales person Aknam was very very rude never explained the plan properly, won’t respect customer. I have seen he is being very rude with few customer. He initially give a quote and he will give different price after signing up. OMG, I have never seen this rudest salesperson in retail store. I have seen few Cheney without purchasing because of his rudeness. I forgot to take a video of his rudeness. He is unfit for the position. His manager has to think about it to keep him for the position
