    Venu pour avoir la fibre et une meilleur offre qu'actuellement (500Mbit/s ↓ 50Mbit/s ↑ chez Vidéotron). Non seulement j'ai pris la fibre 1.5Gbit/s (↓ ET ↑) pour 10$ moins cher qu'actuellement et que sur le site/boutique officiel ! ET ils m'ont offert 75$ de bons d'achat (gratuit sans montant minimum) dans la boutique ! 👀 Faut vraiment en boutique Best Buy Express, pas chez Bell qui n'ont pas des rabais de même ! Merci Diorr pour le service !!

    Subject: Urgent: Misguidance and Unexpected Charges After Device Trade-In at Best Buy Express Dear Best Buy Customer Support, I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding a very disappointing and misleading experience I had at the Best Buy Express located at 1500 Atwater Ave, Montreal, Quebec H3Z 1X5, on November 5, 2025. I visited the store because I was using a Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra on contract, which resulted in a very high monthly bill. My intention was to switch to a more affordable device and reduce my costs. I requested assistance from a salesperson and explained clearly that I wanted to break my existing contract and move to a cheaper phone plan. The salesperson recommended the iPhone 17, explaining that it was a good offer and that I could trade in my Galaxy S25 Ultra. He explicitly told me that the trade-in credit would cover my remaining balance and that I would not have to pay anything until the credit was fully applied to my Bell account. Based on this information, and trusting his guidance, I agreed to proceed. He also advised me to port my number from Fido to Bell, which I did. However, shortly afterward, I was shocked to receive a bill from Fido for an outstanding balance of approximately $1,800. At no point during the interaction did the salesperson mention that I would still receive such a large final bill from Fido, nor did he clarify that the trade-in credit would not cover it. I attempted to contact the salesperson multiple times. He did not answer my calls. I went to the store and waited for about 20 minutes, but he refused to assist me, saying he had a long queue. I left the store disappointed. I called again on November 19, 2025, and his response was extremely unprofessional. He told me, “Dude, call Fido and tell them you don’t have money and cannot pay $1,827.68.” This behavior is unacceptable and highly unprofessional for a Best Buy representative. This entire situation has caused me significant stress. I feel I was misguided and misinformed, and as a result, I am now left with an unexpected outstanding balance of $1,827.68 with Fido—something I was never informed would happen. I respectfully request that Best Buy investigate this matter urgently, review the conduct of the salesperson involved, and assist in finding a resolution. I agreed to the new contract and porting only based on the information provided to me by your staff, which turned out to be false and misleading.
