I saw his colleagues occasionally look at him with awkward disappointment. I know a return or price match is not helping the KPIs of the store, but I shouldn't be treated like that. Especially that I spend thousands of dollars at Best Buy every year. I was expecting much better. He got two stars instead of one because I actually got my money back.
