  The staff of young men were very unprofessional. They treated me more like I was their buddy than their customer. Their tactic to convincing me to buy from them was to simply make fun of me. They laughed amongst themselves at the plan I previously had and told me I was making poor decisions when it came to my new phone and plan. By the way, all I came in there for was a phone case. But, instead, I left feeling extremely humiliated and self conscious. As a young woman who has only recently become independent from her parent in terms of phone and plan, this interaction made my first experience absolutely awful. Best Buy, please make sure your employees are trained in proper workplace etiquette's and proper sales techniques. Also, make sure that they know that it applies to ANY customer that walks into their store, no matter what age. If they can’t follow these simple things then they should not be working there.

  Tries to get you to overpay on a promotional phone plan when simply trying to purchase headphones. Don’t recommend visiting.

  De prime abord , staff pas désagréable mais quand je commence à poser des questions. On me précise que c’est écrit sur la boîte sur un ton plus que déplaisant. Heureusement, il y a la concurrence, je serai me rendre dans un autre magasin pour mes prochains achats.
