  Dossier 27224466. Achat d'électro neufs en ligne. Le livreur, malpoli et autoritaire, endommage un des electro, colle un adhésif irréversible à la mauvaise place et réalise un empilement NON SÉCURITAIRE sans enlever les pieds de la sécheuse avant. Mais bon: "Bonjour, on accélère Mr, je suis garé sur une place d'autobus. J'veux pas prendre de ticket". Procédure d'échange entamée en urgence le jour même de la livraison car j'ai absolument besoin d'une laveuse. Je rappelle une semaine plus tard sans nouvelles, toujours sans laveuse avec 2 enfants, et là on me dit que l'échange est impossible car "j'ai payé avec PayPal", en 2026. Le prix était correct à la base mais ça se transforme en cauchemar à cause d'un service de livraison médiocre et d'un service client au service de bestbuy uniquement. Et moi je lave à la main, chez la voisine... Scandaleux.

  The worst customer service ever. I came here to return but hey did not take my package. According to supervisor, I should return the package through online. I showed her the email, she said it's not valid for store return!!!! Are you kidding!!!

  They did not have what we wanted and tried a bait and switch, then salesman just walked away when we didn’t take the bait. We did find an acceptable substitute on our own and had to ask three times for someone to check us out. When she did she was also incredibly rude.

  Cell counter: both supervisor and sales person refused to complete activation because I bought at another best Buy despite both the cell provider and the original best Buy indicated they would. Supervisor was totally smug and couldn't be bothered. Never go their again for anything

  Might as well employ a bunch of high schoolers, that's the level of qualification and care you get from employees here. I've been to this store a few dozen times just because it's a- a Best Buy, which usually sells the items I need at better prices than the competition, and b- the closest Best Buy to me. But this is the only reason. As soon as I find an alternative, I'm very willing to dip. Every time I've been here without fail, employees have been embarrassingly clueless about anything and everything I ask them. For example: was there looking for security cameras this evening, and spoke to 3 employees; the first waved me off to the second, who waved me off to the third (supposedly the "specialist" of that section), who not only couldn't answer my questions about the specs I was looking for, but spent the whole time trying to upsell me on the most expensive products. This is the only training they get here, it's insulting and so obvious to the customers you speak to. Luckily, I had done my research the night before and could spot the nonsense. It was an absolute waste of my 20 minutes. I don't know what the deal is with retail in Montreal, but everyone seems to think retail means working at a glorified lounge where the point is to joke amongst each other and flex to potential attractive shoppers instead of doing your job and ensuring people are making informed and regret-free purchases that respond to their needs, and ultimately encourage them to return. What a joke all around and what a bunch of clowns.
