Si je pouvais mettre 0 étoiles je l’aurais fait sans hésiter.
Nous sommes allés chez Best Buy et avons acheté un ordinateur à 750 $. Le service était excellent avec Seif, très professionnel, respectueux et serviable.
Cependant, en descendant pour regarder les jeux PS5, un agent nommé Malik est intervenu de manière très agressive et non professionnelle, en nous disant de sortir immédiatement parce que le magasin fermait, sans aucune politesse ni respect.
Après une courte discussion, son comportement est devenu encore pire : intimidation, insultes, attitude arrogante et déplacée et comportement RACISTE.
Ce genre d’attitude est inacceptable, surtout pour quelqu’un qui occupe un poste de gestion. C’est très décevant de voir que ses employés, comme Seif, sont beaucoup plus respectueux et professionnels que lui.
À cause de cette expérience, je peux dire que c’était une très mauvaise expérience client, et je ne retournerai plus jamais chez Best Buy, ni pour acheter quoi que ce soit.
Il faut lui mettre des limites et il mérite pas le poste d’un gestionnaire car il sait même pas c’est quoi un service client.

J’ai eu une excellente expérience avec ma sœur et sa copine chez Best Buy grâce à un conseiller vraiment exceptionnel.
Firmin nous a donné d’excellents conseils pour choisir la bonne machine à espresso, en prenant le temps de bien comprendre nos besoins et de répondre à toutes nos questions.
Il nous a aussi très bien expliqué la protection Best Buy (BBPR) de façon claire et honnête, sans aucune pression.
Service professionnel, patient et très compétent: exactement le genre d’expérience qui donne envie de revenir.

Terrible expérience iPad non fonctionnel pris hier avec écran de protection à 30$ j’avais installer mon verre sur l’iPad non fonctionnel et au moment du retour le verre de protection est inutilisable, il me donne un nouvel iPad mais il refuse de m’en donner un autre verre de protection alors que j’avais la facture et la boîte de l’ancien verre en me sortant l’excuse : se n’est pas de notre faute mais celle d’Apple …
On m’a carrément fait du chantage on me dit : écouter on vous donne le verre de protection gratuit si vous acheter une de nos assurance Best buy
Alors que iPad fonctionnais pas initialement était reconnu comme défectueux c’est un scandal total.

Great experience with Hamoi at the mobile department!
Hamoi was incredibly helpful and patient while assisting me with setting up a new phone plan. I had a lot of questions and needed help understanding the process, and he took the time to explain everything clearly and kindly. My friend and I asked many questions, and he never seemed impatient — instead, he was friendly, professional, and very supportive throughout the whole process.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this store today. I had a serious payment issue and request an immediate resolution, since it is not fair for me to wait weeks for this to be solved.
Today I went to this store and I purchased a TV for a total of $878.11. I asked to split the payment across two cards:
• $200.00 on Card #1 (approved)
• $678.11 on Card #2
The $200 transaction was approved without issue. For the $678.11, the payment terminal in the store showed “approved”, and the charge also appears on my credit card/bank statement. I contacted my credit card issuer and they confirmed that the $678.11 transaction was approved.
However, the salesperson told me the payment was “refused” in the system. Since I was being pressured in the moment and did not want to lose the purchase, I ended up paying the $678.11 a second time, meaning I was charged twice for the same portion of the transaction. I was told one I would receive back the first payment it was approved but contacting the credit card issuer they told me this can take more than one week and I do not think this is fair to the customer, especially because this has been caused by an error at the Best Buy because the payment was approved in the first place.
This is unacceptable and the only document I received was a paper without the value as attached in the photo. I would be happy if I had received a confirmation that Best Buy has recorded a duplicate charge of $678.11. Besides that it would be cool to provide an immediate refund of the extra $678.11 to the card used, because as said it is not far that I need to wait weeks for that. In addition, I want to note that the salesperson was very impatient, which made the situation much worse.
