    I tried to support best buy as a physical alternative to Amazon, but I can't recommend anything about them. Predatory warranty models and disjointed layers support. Call with an issue? You'll be transfered around and eventually the line goes dead. In person, they tell you to submit claims online. I've been running around this morning and it's absolutely pointless.

    J'ai fait une commande en ligne pour l'achat d'écouteurs Sony lorsqu'ils étaient en rabais et malheureusement, je me suis connecté via un vieux compte que j'avais il y a longtemps et malgré que j'ai rentré toutes mes nouvelles infos de livraison, la commande a été désigné a mon ancien numéro de téléphone, ainsi que mon ancienne adresse. J'ai donc contacter le service d'aide en ligne. J'ai parlé avec une personne qui ne m'a pas du tout aidé et me disait qu'il allait changer mes informations et que j'allais recevoir un courriel de confirmation. Mais je n'ai rien reçu. À la place, j'ai eu droit à 3 tentatives de livraison, sans succès, évidemment! Et maintenant Best Buy ne me permet pas de racheter l'article en rabais. Malheureusement, c'était le cadeau de fête pour mon copain et je ne peux pas me permettre de le payer au plein prix. Je suis très déçue de votre système de communication avec la clientèle, avec la livraison et vos employés n'ont été d'aucune aide.

    yeah hey maybe stop pushing employees to sell warranties especially if you know a refusal has been clearly emitted twice and the client feels the need to tell their life story for them to be left alone only to be hit with TWO more attempts it's predatory and insulting
