  The selection was very good. We were able to replace both charging cables we forgot to bring; one was very specialized and unavailable at the airport or downtown. Still not a fan of the bus, but worthwhile journey from Old Montreal.

  This store is just awful, don't go there, the salespeople are rude, they argue with customers, you know, it felt like we had come to their house and they hadn't invited us, just yuck, the phone and home appliance department has terrible employees.

  I am not setting my foot into this store ever agan, or in any BestBuy store. We bought aSamsung Tv here which broke after 8 months. They refused to take it back so we called the tech who replaced the entire screen. TV broke again after just 2 months. Best Buy refused to refund us the money for this faulty TV. We went through Samsung and after 4 weeks we finally managed to return the TV. On top of it, Best Buy extended warranty is a joke. Not worth the money.

  Aucun service à la clientèle. Personne ne nous salue, ni vient à notre rencontre pour nous accompagner. Nous sommes allés au Best Buy du Marché central avec l'objectif d'acheter un ordinateur, et avions besoin de conseils pour faire notre choix. Il a fallu chercher et courir après les commis pour essayer d'avoir des suggestions, mais honnêtement, malgré le fait que c'était un dimanche après-midi tranquille, cette recherche d'aide fut presqu'éprouvante!!! On a eu l'impression de déranger et sommes repartis bredouille malgré notre besoin urgent de se procurer un nouvel appareil.

  ⭐ Very Poor Customer Service – Not Recommended I do not recommend this place at all. The level of customer service is extremely poor and disappointing. Staff members are indifferent, unhelpful, and show little to no respect toward customers. Even for small and simple purchases, an unreasonable amount of time is wasted due to lack of organization and motivation. Cashiers and other employees appear disengaged and uninterested in doing their job properly. There is no sense of professionalism, urgency, or basic customer care. As a customer, you feel ignored rather than assisted. Overall, this store is a waste of both time and money. There are many better alternatives where customers are treated with respect. Save yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere.
