    encore une tres mauvaise experience avec worst buy marché central: j'ai acheté des earbuds que le vendeur a bien loué la qualité avec 35h d'autonomie. finalement c'est just 4 h ! la surprise c'est,: non retounable! ce que le vendeur a caché! comment je pouvais le savoir?! avant ça c'etais l'experience d'achat d'une tablette: le magasin etait presque vide les vendeur pas très occupés j'ai attendu 10 mnts sans que personne pour finslement parler a qqun qui est psrti sans retour j'ai parler au supervideur qui m'a demander d'attendre! encore 10mnts alors qu'il était dans son bureau a ne rien faire! donc j 'ai abondonné et commander chez amazon. 'e sera la derniere fois chez worst buy et continuez avec votre mauvais service jusqu'a la faillite.

    I had a really disappointing experience at Best Buy today. The service was honestly horrible. The employees were all standing together talking among themselves, and every time we approached someone for help, they looked annoyed. We were trying to find a reliable laptop for my daughter for college, and instead of being assisted properly, it felt like we were bothering them. The girl who ended up helping us clearly didn’t want to be there. She kept sighing, glancing at her phone, and talking with an attitude like she was being forced to help. It made the whole experience uncomfortable, and I actually felt bad that we still decided to buy the laptop we needed. Best Buy needs to do better. When customers walk in ready to spend money, the least we expect is basic professionalism and respect. This visit was far from that.

    NEVER Purchase “Geek Squad Protection” insurance from Best Buy (especially from Marché Central Store in Montreal). It is a scam. You cannot cancel it whenever you want because they will charge you penalty which the salesman never mention when you buy this scam Insurance. I tried calling the store multiple times to cancel the GEEK SQUAD service and nobody helped me to cancel the service. I was told that the store manager would call me back but he never did in the last 2 month. You have to go through lots of hassles to cancel this Protection insurance and they will keep charging your credit card until they decide to cancel it. It is not worth of buying this insurance because the money you spend on it, you could easily buy a second computer if anything happens to your first one. SO, BE CAREFUL from some salesmen in Marché Central Best Buy store in boul. l’Acadie, Montreal who are SCAMMERS!!! 😡

    Faites très attention aux agents qui vous proposent les protection Geek Squad lors de vos achats, lisez bien votre contrat avant de le signer, car il vous disent une chose verbale et écrivent autre chose dans le contrat et vous voyez pénaliser. d'ailleurs, leur avocat m'a dit au tribunal avec beaucoup de fierté qu'un bon citoyen doit lire son contrat avant de signer. Pauvres consommateurs

    Extremely Disappointed with Geek Squad at Best Buy Marché Central: I’ve been a loyal Best Buy customer since 2017, but my experience at the Marché Central store was unacceptable. I bought a new HP convertible touch laptop, and within two months, the screen rotation stopped working. The Geek Squad online team was great, but the in-store staff were the opposite — unhelpful and unprofessional. When I asked for a loaner laptop to attend my online classes, they offered an old model and wanted me to sign a purchase receipt -as a guarantee- for $650 + tax — even though the device was worth far less. The loaner service team took advantage of my need for an alternative, which made the situation even worse. The “return receipt” they printed showed $0, which made no sense and felt dishonest. When I asked for clarification, I was treated rudely and in inappropriate way . This felt like exploitation and kind of borderline fraud. I refused to sign and left without a replacement. The issue is now escalated to management, but this experience destroyed my trust in that location. Best Buy needs to fix the service culture at Marché Central. Loyal customers deserve respect, transparency, and professionalism, not pressure or confusion. I’ll be taking my business to another Best Buy where customer service is taken seriously.
