    Notre passage a été plutôt mitigé. Le principal point négatif concerne l’expérience en caisse : les indications pour savoir où aller ou comment la file fonctionne étaient vraiment mal faites, ce qui crée de la confusion inutile. Résultat, beaucoup d’attente et une impression de désorganisation.

    I visited the Best Buy L’Acadie store today at around 6:40 p.m. to get help coordinating the delivery and installation of a stove I purchased the day before at the Saint‑Bruno location. Unfortunately, my experience at the customer service counter was extremely disappointing. I was assisted by an employee named Zakaria, who was rude from the very beginning. Before even looking at the invoice I handed him, he immediately told me that what I was asking for was not possible. Only after insisting did he actually check the document. He then told me I had to deal with the Saint‑Bruno store because that’s where I made the purchase. When I questioned how that made sense if Best Buy operates as a franchise, he responded in a dismissive and aggressive tone, even telling me that if I wasn’t happy, I should return the purchase. No customer should be treated this way. The lack of professionalism and respect was shocking, especially from someone working in customer service. This experience left me very disappointed with this location.

    Mon expérience chez Best Buy était ni très bonne ni très mauvaise. Le choix de produits est intéressant, surtout pour les amateurs de technologie. Par contre, c’est parfois difficile d’avoir de l’aide en magasin. Les prix étaient un peu plus élevés que ce à quoi je m’attendais. Il y a une différence quand on compare avec en ligne. Le temps d’attente à la caisse était normal. C’est pas mauvais, mais je m’attendais à une meilleure expérience.

    Today I visited your store to purchase an iPad Air, and I left feeling very disappointed with the experience. When I presented my Canadian passport as identification, the way it was handled made me extremely uncomfortable. Multiple staff members gathered around it and spoke to each other in their native language while examining it. This felt unnecessary and inappropriate. A passport is a sensitive, official document, and it should be handled discreetly by a single staff member. At no point was anything explained to me, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. I also experienced unprofessional behavior from the sales representative assisting me. When I asked about payment plan options, he walked away without properly addressing my question. Another staff member kindly stepped in to explain that payment plans depend on the total purchase amount. However, while she was assisting me, he interrupted and told her not to bother explaining it to me. I found this dismissive and disrespectful. I strongly recommend reinforcing customer service standards with your staff, particularly around respectful communication, transparency, and the proper, discreet handling of customers’ identification. No customer should feel uncomfortable or singled out when presenting valid ID.
