J’ai acheté un abonnement Bell et le manager me remet une carte cadeau en me disant qu’elle est échangeable contre une visa ou une Mastercard carte cadeau. Cette information est complètement fausse. En étant allée à une autre succursale, on me dit que Best Buy ne fait d’échange de carte cadeau. A l’approche, il n’y a que les ventes qui comptes quite a donné des informations erronées pour attenundre leur quota. Ce store ne mérite même pas 1 étoile.
