J'écris jamais de reviews mais la Vraiment j'ai perdu 2h de ma journée pour un retour .lun des pires bestbuy plus jamais j'achète la ,amazon mille fois mieux bref je vais pour retourner une bague Oura qui n'est pas vraiment ma bonne taille et une gérante là-bas me refuse le retour sous prétexte que c'est un produit intime lol depuis quand une bague intelligente c'est un produit intime svp?alors que sur le site c'est éligible pour un retour Bref un autre gérant super gentil a pu résoudre ça et accepter le retour !

Today I have placed an online order for dyson airwrap, when I went to pick up the lady at the pick up counter said “she needed to see to piece of ID one photo ID & one another one” , I have presented my passport & another piece of ID for validation. She said she needed a Canadian passport to validate otherwise I can’t pick up my order!!!!! The another guy said the same thing that the ID’s that I have presented are not enough. To give more proofs I gave my credit card info from which I had paid , the receipt that I have received from best Buy for purchasing including the email that I have received for order confirmation with the pick up details & everything but the lady & the guy still refuses to give me my order. They were insisting me to cancel the order & reorder.
Then I have reached another lady who was standing near to the front door & asked her for manager she helped me to reach out the manager. The manager who’s name is maujiuad( sorry If I spell your name wrong) was really helpful. He understood everything & checked my ID’s with additional information he gave me my order right away.
I must say “THIS MAN DESERVES A RAISE” . He was calm & hilarious. He handled everything professionally & ease the situation down.
I am really grateful for you mr. Manager you have saved my day!

Je suis allée à plusieurs Best Buy, et je n’ai jamais eu un service aussi bon, aimable et efficace que celui d’aujourd’hui, par Luis, administrateur au service à la clientèle. Ce 5 étoiles est entièrement dédié à lui. J’espère qu’il reçoit la reconnaissance au travail qu’il mérite.
Nous avions achetés plusieurs ordinateurs et écrans pour notre entreprise au Best Buy Lasalle, mais l’expérience de l’achat/livraison n’avait pas été bonne. Beaucoup de confusion sur notre commande auprès de différents travailleurs, ils nous ont même livré le mauvais ordinateur, c’était frustrant. Luis est venu tout solutionner d’un coup, ça paraît qu’il maîtrise très bien son domaine, avec un service à la clientèle hors pair en plus.

Mobile Customer Service is TERRIBLE and Promises Are Broken.
I purchased a screen protector for $50 under the clear assurance that I could exchange it for free if it broke. Today, the exchange was refused, completely contradicting the sales associate's promise. When I asked to speak to the associate who sold it to me, I was told she had left the company.
ZERO Professionalism. I wasted my time with unnecessary back-and-forth trips (requiring the credit card, proofs, etc.). Also, the screen protector quality is poor and not worth even $5.
Extremely disappointed with the after-sales service management.

Just returned from purchasing a laptop as a Xmas gift for one of our teens. The service, in a word, was decidedly subpar. After having selected a model meeting our criteria, we approached a 'sales' associate and showed him what we wanted. Off he trundled to somewhere in the back. We then waited, and waited and waited... he had seemingly been abducted by aliens and had vanished into thin air! After a good 15-20 minutes of aimlessly twiddling our thumbs, we approached a second associate, showed him the model we wanted, and explained the situation. Miraculously, the second sales associate arrived with the laptop and we completed the transaction. However, we may as well have been dealing with a robot, no personal interaction whatsoever, no 'thank-you', 'have a great weekend', or 'appreciate your business', he just passed over the receipt while continuing to chat with a fellow associate who was obviously more engaging than the customers he was 'serving'. 'Indifference' would probably be the appropriate adjective. Anyway, 'our bad' as the saying goes. Next time we'll save ourselves the trouble and buy on line. We knew many of the reviews for this location were spotty at best, but were hoping for a more positive experience in addition to the convenient location. We're not by any means 'experts' at what constitutes an efficiently run retail electronics store, but it seems to us that at a minimum a Manager level employee should be constantly circulating around monitoring interactions, ensuring that customers are being adequately served, and that they leave satisfied. After our experience, we really have to wonder if the staff (seemingly teenagers for the most part) receive any actual training with respect to Customer Service. Many of the associates we saw were engaged in chatting with one another. It's sad, seems like a pretty straightforward problem to fix but the will, or corporate culture to do so at Best Buy appears to be MIA...Apologies if I've been excessively long winded with this review!
