Ils ne m'ont pas livré la bonne laveuse et quand j'appelle on me dit que quelqu'un d'autre va me rappeler dans 3 à 5 jours ouvrables. Personne n'appelle, je reçois par mail une demande d'info que j'ai déjà donné 2 fois, et rien je rappelle pour me faire que je dire que je dois attendre encore 3 à 5 jours ouvrables pour avoir un suivi. Donc déjà la délais de livraison était très long 2 semaines et demie mais en plus on m'envoi pas le bon produit et personne se donne la peine de me prendre en charge pour régler leur erreur. Jamais vu un service aussi médiocre.
