The salesperson told me about an extended warranty for 7 years for the vacuum for 100$ (almost 1/3 of the cost of the vacuum) and it was worth it because if there was any issues they would give me a new one, even suggesting to bring it in at the end of the warranty to replace it. Well, here we are 2 years later and the vacuum doesnt charge anymore and they do not want to replace it, they want to send it to get repaired which can take several months. He suggested i can buy another one until this one gets repaired. Horrible customer service.

Even after speaking to them over the phone and was promised a return. They want to "fix" it. It should take 2-3 weeks. I'm a small business trying to get on my feet. This is beyond embarrassing. Avoid best buy and it's extended warranties at all cost. Changing the terms as they see fit, is blatantly ignorant and arrogant. All to save a buck at my expense. FOR THE WARRANTY I ALREADY PAID FOR! Do better best buy.
