    J'ai acheté un ordi le 26 décembre, ils m'ont demandé si je voulais qu'ils font la configuration et mettre un anti-virus, j'ai dit oui donc ils m'ont dit que sa sera prêt le 31 décembre. Ce matin ils m'a appelé pour me dire que l'ordi était prêt mais j'ai demandé si l'anti-virus était prêt et le gars m'a dit jsp. Je suis allé au magasin pour leur demander et finalement ils m'ont dit que l'ordi n'était pas prêt et que sa sera prêt sois le 2 ou 3 janvier. Donc pourquoi nous dire que sa sera prêt le 31 quand finalement vous avez rien fait le 31 toute la journée et me dire qu'il sera prêt 3 jours après?

    EXTREMELY RUDE , told my daughter to leave and not come back . broken screen on less then 6 month old lap top purchased from them ... we were paying for repair but associate sent them away said to buy parts on amazon ... what kind of service is this ???

    J’ai eu une excellente expérience au Best Buy Express des Promenades Gatineau. Le service a été assuré par Ben, qui a passé beaucoup de temps avec moi pour trouver la solution optimale pendant que nous discutions du transfert de tous mes services résidentiels chez Bell et de l’achat de nouveaux appareils mobiles. Il est très compétent et toujours prêt à répondre à toutes les questions, tout comme les autres spécialistes de ce magasin. Je recommande fortement leurs services!

    Please stay away from this place. Yesterday, I went to your store and purchased three Roblox gift cards. When I got home, I discovered that one of the cards did not work. Despite the bad weather, I had to drive all the way back to the store to have it replaced. When I arrived, I was confronted by a very rude cashier who denied exchanging the card. When I noticed this, he became confrontational and used a threatening tone. I asked to speak to a manager, and he replied in a rude tone, “Go find one yourself.” Eventually, I was able to speak with the manager, who was also rude and clearly lacked basic customer-service skills. He refused to exchange the card and insisted that I contact Roblox directly, even though Best Buy is the one that took my money. I explained that I suspected the card simply had not been activated at checkout, and that Roblox would not replace an inactivated card. After insisting, the manager finally agreed to look into it — which is part of his responsibility — and confirmed that the card had indeed never been activated. He activated it for me but never apologized and acted as if the situation was somehow my fault. My takeaway: • The cashier needs proper coaching from the manager. • The manager should not jump to conclusions or blame third parties without investigating the issue first. • The manager also needs training in basic customer-service etiquette. This experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional.
