Je suis venu activer 4 lignes et malgré le fait que je l’aie répété plusieurs fois, il m’a présenté un “gros deal” basé sur le prix de 3 lignes seulement. J’ai passé plus d’une heure avec lui pour finalement me rendre compte moi-même, à la facture finale, qu’il n’avait pas fait ce que j’avais demandé. Pendant que j’attendais, j’ai entendu un autre client se fâcher avec un autre représentant pour une situation très similaire : il avait demandé 2 lignes personnelles, mais on lui avait donné un prix pour ligne entreprise, ce qui rendait la facture artificiellement plus basse, et il ne s’en est rendu compte qu’à la fin aussi. Tout ça donne vraiment l’impression d’une façon de faire où le client découvre les vrais prix trop tard. Je recommande aux gens de tout vérifier en détail avant d’accepter quoi que ce soit, et personnellement, je ne ferai plus confiance à ce service.
