Took the employee 10 minutes (I was the only one in the store) before he even acknowledged my presence. (Oct. 14 to see who was working) I asked him why these ones in particular weren't turning on. (In English) He replies in French. I ask him if he could repeat it in English, please. Again, in French. I inform him that I don't understand his pronunciations. He informs me that none of them are plugged in. Wow. They were essentially paperweights. I asked him if it were possible to plug them in, so I could check them. "No. If you want to try the laptop there is the Big Best buy over there" as he extended his arm, and pointed. 0/10, would not recommend.
