    Best Buy really is not a best buy. Sales persons not advisors. I bought a laptop wich ended up to be a bad advice. I came back after few months to try to purchase a new one and give back the one I bought. The representative was so dry, not even smiling. She called the tech guy , who never looked at me or showed empathy, and just said, no value for this Chrome book. The representative said, sorry we can't help. I told her, it's a very bad customer service, and she had no valid answer. I went to Costco and purchased a new laptop. Don't go to Best Buy, it's the worst Buy

    Nous sommes allés s cette succursale pour acheter un haut-parleur Bose. L’employé a remis le mauvais modèle à la caissière. Une fois payé, nous avons réalisé que ce n’était pas le bon modèle. La caissière était arrogante et méprisante. Un sérieux exercice de formation sur la qualité et le service devrait être dispensé. Nous sommes allés au Bureau en Gros acheté notre haut-parleur. Incomparable comme service.

    Terrible experience with mobile phones department. Stood 3 hours in the queue for a reason to upgrade 3 lines. Salespeople are mostly young and unexperienced who wanted to go home at 5 despite they started at 1 PM. It appeared that the best deal was to stay with my current provider after what they lost any interest in me as a client. Hilarious and very rude manager ( Robert) said the 80$ connection fee will be applied ( staying with the same provider. Like really?))) The promised 100$ gift card was not given as they did not know it will not be applied to my plan change despite at the beginning it was promised. Total unprofessional service. Very disappointed. If you want to save time, money and nerves, chose another place

    I would like to file a formal complaint regarding my in-store experience at Best Buy Brossard (8480 Blvd Leduc) on December 26. According to my receipt, returns in Quebec are only suspended on December 27. Despite this clearly written policy, I was refused a return on December 26. I was initially instructed by a staff member to wait in line, which I did for over one hour. When it was finally my turn, I was told that returns could not be processed that day. I clearly explained that I would not be available the next day and that returns are explicitly not permitted on December 27, yet I was repeatedly told that nothing could be done and was instructed to come back tomorrow anyway. Multiple employees appeared to be unfamiliar with the store’s own return policy. A sales associate named Thomas was particularly unprofessional, refused to provide any written or system notice to support his claim, and told me that assisting me would “waste 5–6 minutes” due to the number of customers waiting. Later that evening, when I returned to obtain Thomas’s name in order to file a complaint, I was assisted by another staff member named Antoni (安东尼), who communicated with me fluently in Mandarin. After reviewing my receipt, Antoni expressed surprise that I had been refused earlier, as the policy clearly allows returns on December 26. I would also like to raise a serious concern regarding potential discriminatory treatment. I observed that Thomas was friendly and relaxed with other customers, while his attitude toward me was dismissive and impatient. As an Asian customer, this difference in behavior raised a genuine concern that I may have been treated differently. While I cannot determine intent, the contrast was significant enough to warrant internal review. I respectfully request that this incident be formally reviewed, that appropriate coaching be provided to the staff involved, and that my return be honored without further inconvenience, given that I attempted to complete it on a valid return date and was incorrectly refused.

    Service merdique .. Service à la clientèle très décevant avec Les deux gérants Claudia et Patrick .. Je me suis présentée pour effectuer un retour simple, mais l’employée qui nous a servis n’a pas du tout coopéré. Une transaction qui aurait dû être rapide et facile a été inutilement compliquée. Elle s’est montrée très rigide, sans aucune flexibilité, et sans réelle volonté d’aider. Lorsque nous avons demandé à parler à un gestionnaire afin d’obtenir de l’aide, sa réponse a été totalement déplacée et non professionnelle : « Bonne chance si vous arrivez à trouver mon gestionnaire dans cette foule. » Cette attitude est inacceptable et ne reflète pas le service à la clientèle auquel on s’attend chez Best Buy. Cette expérience laisse une impression très négative.
