    I went there with two of my friends Saturday to research for a 65in tv. I walked the area looking at a variety of tv's trying to find support staff. I counted 12 employees talking amongst themselves but none came to offer assistance. After 20min I returned home and ordered one from Amazon. Terrible service but at least I was able to visually compare different models. I would have preferred keeping my money locally. I'd definitely be sending a few employees on the unemployment line. I just read the AI generated response to my complaint. If you read all the reviews their response is always identical. However how could my Best Buy experience be "hassle Free" if not a single staff member come to offer assistance? It was definitely hassle free because nobody did their job. Your management staff is completely responsible for this behaviour. You either don't train your staff professionally or simply don't care but please do not try and give the impression that you care about our experience at your store.

    I took my pc for fixing and they took 2 months to be able to run and then it happened again I had to call the bestbuy to make them make it run but they didn’t fix it I’m never coming back worst store ever
