    This is arguably the worst bestbuy ever. I tried to price match an Apple product from a reputable store sold and shipped by them (no 3rd party) and they refused me because they said they don't do that anymore only on Apple products due to losing to much money. I had to go to another bestbuy and they did the price match. The employees over there are not helpful at all and they're super lazy. They think they're above everyone else. I'm sorry but I'm never buying products over there anymore.

    J’ai acheté récemment un téléviseur chez Best Buy Anjou (il y a environ un mois et demi) et j’ai commencé à remarquer des problèmes d’affichage. Je me suis donc rendu en magasin pour obtenir de l’aide. Après avoir vérifié la date d’achat dans leur système, on m’a simplement demandé de contacter le fournisseur ou Geek Squad, sans aucune explication supplémentaire. Ils n’ont même pas été en mesure de me fournir le numéro du fournisseur et n’ont pas voulu m’expliquer la démarche à suivre. Lors de l’achat, on m’avait pourtant donné l’impression que Best Buy s’occupait de tout en cas de problème si je prenais la protection, mais ce n’est clairement pas le cas. Ils n’ont été capables ni de me donner le numéro du fournisseur ni de m’expliquer les démarches à suivre. Franchement, un service clientèle très décevant.

    They never pick up the phone, you’re more likely to talk to an A.I robot than an actual person, the calls are only connected to their call center..so there’s no way to reach the store, last time I went to Best Buy the item I was looking for wasn’t in store, yet their website mentioned it was available at that location. I’ve been trying to call the store again, because I don’t want to have to go all the way to the store just for them to tell me, it’s not in stock especially because it’s raining and there’s a public transportation strike!!

    Nous n'avons jamais reçu notre ordinateur portable. nous avons retrouvé la boîte ouverte vide dehors à quelques pieds du trottoir ! Nous sommes une entreprise et ils ont laissé la boîte dehors un dimanche en plein Plateau Mont-Royal. Sur nos caméras de suveillance nous ne voyons pas le livreur venir à la porte à l'heure de la livraison. Au Québec, le marchand est responsable si le colis est laissé dehors mais ni Best Buy ni le vendeur de Market Place n'a voulu corriger la situation. Nous avons dû demander une rétrofacturation à notre banque émettrice de la carte de crédit. ______________________________________________________________ We never received our laptop. We found the empty box open outside a few feet from the sidewalk! We are a business, and they left the box outside on a Sunday in the middle of Plateau Mont-Royal. On our surveillance cameras, we don't see the delivery person come to the door at the delivery time. In Quebec, the merchant is responsible if the package is left outside, but neither Best Buy nor the Market Place seller wanted to correct the situation. We had to request a chargeback from our credit card issuing bank.

    Bonjour, Je souhaite me plaindre concernant le service que j’ai reçu lors de ma dernière visite chez Best Buy. Un employé, un homme aux cheveux courts portant un chandail noir, m’a offert un service particulièrement désagréable. Non seulement son attitude était impolie et peu professionnelle, mais il m’a littéralement envoyé balader lorsque j’ai tenté de lui poser une question. Il semblait pressé, méprisant, et n’a montré aucun intérêt à m’aider. Je suis très déçu de cette expérience, surtout venant d’un magasin où je m’attends à un minimum de courtoisie et de respect envers les clients. J’aimerais que cette situation soit prise au sérieux afin d’éviter que d’autres personnes aient à vivre le même type de traitement. Cordialement.
