I went in not knowing exactly which items were the best choices, based on the specs I was considering. I got help from not one, but 3 Blue Shirts, all with more knowledge than the previous, which helped me make a confident purchase. I've never had a negative experience shopping at Best Buy in many years of frequenting their stores.

"I had a very disappointing experience at Best Buy Galeries d'Anjou. I was ready to purchase a PC, and a worker named Farouk instructed me to step aside to set up a Fairstone account. After I finished, I waited for him so I could finalize the payment and leave.
I stood there for over an hour while Farouk repeatedly took new clients and told me to keep waiting. When he finally finished with a group, he tried to skip me again for another customer. When I told him I just wanted to pay and leave, he rudely told me to 'go to another cashier' if I didn't like it.
The only reason I finished the purchase was because the other coworkers were professional and kind. If it weren't for them, I would have walked out. Farouk was unprofessional and dismissive of my time. Management needs to address how he treats customers who are ready to buy."

Il a parlé aux clients d’une manière désagréable et non professionnelle, comme s’il nous faisait une faveur alors que nous étions prêts à acheter.

Mauvais service à la clientèle… J’ai acheter des airpods au black friday et avant de les acheter j’ai demander à la caissière si c’était possible de les rembourser ou les échanger, elle m’a dit que c’était possible de les échanger seulement. Elle me dit également que même si la boîte est ouverte ça sera possible de les échanger. Quelque jours plus tard, j’essaye de les échanger dans un autre magasin, car ce n’est pas le modèle d’écouteurs que je voulais et on m’explique que c’est impossible de faire ça, alors j’ai appeler le service à la clientèle pour parler à un agent et on m’explique que en effet c’est bien et bel impossible d’échanger des airpods lorsque la boîte est ouverte par cause d’hygiène, ce que je comprend parfaitement. Le problème c’est que si la caissière ne m’aurait pas dit que l’échange serai possible même avec une boîte ouverte , je n’aurai pas ouverte la boîte. Bref, maintenant, je suis pogné avec des airpods que je ne veux pas à cause de la caissière qui m’a donner des fausses informations…
