Après avoir payé, lorsque j'ai voulu me renseigner sur son utilisation, un homme se présentant comme le responsable du rayon casques m'a répondu avec impatience : « Je n'ai aucune obligation de vous expliquer comment utiliser ce produit ; vous pouvez vous renseigner vous-même. » À ce moment-là, un jeune vendeur à côté de lui (qui m'avait aussi aidé à choisir le casque) m'a donné une explication détaillée. J'avais acheté un ordi ici vers Noël. J'aimais beaucoup ce magasin avant, mais mon expérience d'aujourd'hui m'a beaucoup déçu.
