    Très mauvaise expérience chez Best Buy. Le vendeur a ajouté une garantie prolongée sans explication claire et m’a fait signer sans m’informer correctement. J’ai découvert des frais de 120 $ plusieurs mois plus tard, sans jamais avoir accepté ce service. Lorsque j’ai voulu annuler, on m’a facturé 150 $ de frais. Pratique trompeuse et manque total de transparence. Vérifiez toujours votre facture avant de payer.

    I had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience with Best Buy Canada, specifically at their Anjou, Montreal location. After speaking with customer service, I was provided with a case ID confirming that a price match for a coffee machine would be honored. Based on that confirmation, I made the trip to the store fully expecting a smooth and straightforward transaction. However, when I arrived at the Best Buy Anjou store, the situation completely changed. The store manager, Kal, refused to honor the price match, even though I clearly presented the valid CASE ID issued by their own customer service team. There was no real attempt to resolve the issue, no accountability, and no effort to align with what had already been promised. This is exactly the kind of disconnect that erodes trust. If your corporate customer service confirms something and provides a case ID, the store should stand behind it. Otherwise, what is the point of having a centralized support system? Instead, I wasted my time, energy, and travel for nothing. The lack of consistency between customer service and in-store management is unacceptable, and the dismissive attitude from the manager only made things worse. Overall, this experience reflects very poorly on Best Buy Canada’s internal communication and customer commitment. I will seriously reconsider making future purchases here.

    J’ai déjà acheté une Tv dans ce magasin et l’expérience était bonne mais aujourd’hui nous étions intéressés pour acheter une Apple Watch mais malheureusement il y’avais une vendeuse qui était assez froide nous avions demandé si c’était possible d’essayer les montres elle nous as répondu d’un ton sec et violent NON sans même nous regarder, heureusement il y’avais une autre vendeuse (qui portait un t-shirt Apple pas BestBuy qui nous a gentillement expliqué pourquoi c’était pas possible)

    Je suis allé retourner un article, aujourd’hui le 19 avril 2026. Une fois devant la caisse du service à la clientèle, une certaine Madame Hana était gentille et a essayé de m’aider. Par contre sa collègue Thalie m’a parlé d’une façon très désagréable et qui montre un manque de respect. Le client doit être traité avec respect. Je pense qu’il est temps d’évaluer le personnel que vous avez afin d’être sûr qu’ils soient à la hauteur des exigences et des attentes des clients
