I bought a new toner for my printer. I brought in the old one and they threw out the toner holder that was still attached to it. When I realized the holder was missing I went back to the store. They would not help me look for it and told me to go dumpster-diving. This was unpleasant. They would not help me look through their trash or help me find it. They did not offer to replace the part either. I will not return to this store.

You cannot call the store, there is no direct phone number anywhere, the number you might get from Best Buy support will direct you to an automated answer telling you to call the support.
I made an order, we couldn’t get to the store on time to pick it up and could not reach them.
Unfortunately, there aren’t many options on PEI so I guess they don’t need to try hard.
Edit: we got the tv we ordered after support told us that the order was canceled.

The guy name Jason was so rude and unprofessional I was there to buy iPhone the top end variant and there is no respect for the customer and he doesn’t know how to talk to the customer this kind of people should not be working with such a huge company if there third class attitude is going to be at the workplace.
