  Nice staff but never reach by phone and if you leave a message, good luck with a return. Deal with Royalty Cossings.

  What a dog and pony show this is. If you want to have only an on-line presence and compete with Amazon that's fine. But don't operate these huge mega retail stores with half-empty shelves and uncaring staff who don't seem the least bit embarrassed about suggesting "all that speaker stuff is on line only, ignore what the website says". If you value your time don't waste it trying to do business with this bunch.

  The Charlottetown store used to be a great spot to shop at. Now its seems like a struggle fest. The staff I have dealt with, the last 2 times, are not nice, have a poor attitude and very condescending. One employee tried to charge me $90 to get a manufacturer defect replaced, even though I had bought extended coverage. I was there for 2 hours and she treated me like I was too stupid to understand that it was reasonable to spend $90 for $99 item that I had replacement warranty for. I did get my refund a week later but there is never any product to get the replacement. I get quicker, better service from AMAZON. When the landing page of the extended warranty site says "Returns made Easy" the opposite shouldn't be true.
