  The store is just not what it used to be Not quite sure how Best Buy is staying in a business.Because it name is contradicting to what the prices actually are\nAnd it is not the best prices, unless you want to shop in a retail store.But still , other retail stores has these guys beat

  To pu laptop ordered at store, they didn't explain the store protocol on needing an appt. And the downloaded services needed.

  Terrible. I went in to buy a gaming pc. The guy working the area kept pushing the best buy card numerous times even though i said no. It got to a point i told him i dont care about the perks i just want the damn pc. He then got arrogant about my decision. I said i dont need this treatment and computer and left. This store is a joke along with the people that work there.

  I had to wait 35 minutes for an employee to assist me. I will say the employee was very attentive to the customer he was assisting as they stared at a watch deciding if they should purchase it. It would have been good if the employee at least acknowledged my presence. My attempts to get assistance did not work. Finally a second employee came to assist. Got my product and cashed me out in 10 minutes. The first employee did apologize and thanked me for my patience after their customer decided not to purchase the item.

  I went in for a charger and I needed quick service. A young lady was there to greet shoppers and help direct them. Wonderful! I told her I needed a super fast charger for my S23, Samsung. She quickly gave me the correct charger and I was outta there in about 4 mins. I really did need speedy service at that time and they did not disappoint.
