When they are not doing what they are supposed to do .

Sunday they open at 10 but I waited until noon until I started to pursue what was happening. 4 hours later, I've made 15 calls to the store with no answer. Three calls to 800-verizon where we were repeatedly transferred to wrong departments and into very long queues a few times, but no one had any answer besides go to the store to see the status. Except the store is 30 minutes away. I'm not inclined to drive there if there's a problem. IF ONLY THE STORE WOULD ANSWER THEIR PHONE!!! Terrible customer service and no updates or help. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone I like. Update: 2 days after picking up our phones for the locker inside the store, I received notifications that our order was canceled because we didn't pick up our phones. What?!?! I have no idea what they're doing at this store. Update: 3 days after picking up our phones, I just got a notification that we're next in line at the store. Well... no one has left the house today, so we're clearly not at the store! How is this location still in business???
