  I am a brand new Verizon customer and today when the service was not working at all I went into the store to inquire. The manager named “Rady” I believe her name is was very unprofessional-she first interrupted and spoke over her colleague, then she rolled her eyes at me and had a horrible attitude. The worst customer experience I ever had. I am very much so considering canceling with Verizon all together and never going back after today’s treatment! The company needs to compensate their customers for the loss of service today. Some of us run our entire business on our phones and the stress alone from losing service today was enough. Not happy at all! Do not ever switch to Verizon.

  Worst company, phone was broken tried to replace phone that was broken (with insurance plan ) then they send me a replacement Phone not working ( they couldn’t activate for like three weeks without a phone )and not an answer from corporate the representative at store were very nice but even then couldn’t help me and then when I try to leave to another courier then wanna charge you a buy out fee . When they are not doing what they are supposed to do .

  We ordered phones on Saturday for locker pickup and received an email saying the order should be ready in less than 2 hours. Saturday passed, no updates. Sunday they open at 10 but I waited until noon until I started to pursue what was happening. 4 hours later, I've made 15 calls to the store with no answer. Three calls to 800-verizon where we were repeatedly transferred to wrong departments and into very long queues a few times, but no one had any answer besides go to the store to see the status. Except the store is 30 minutes away. I'm not inclined to drive there if there's a problem. IF ONLY THE STORE WOULD ANSWER THEIR PHONE!!! Terrible customer service and no updates or help. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone I like. Update: 2 days after picking up our phones for the locker inside the store, I received notifications that our order was canceled because we didn't pick up our phones. What?!?! I have no idea what they're doing at this store. Update: 3 days after picking up our phones, I just got a notification that we're next in line at the store. Well... no one has left the house today, so we're clearly not at the store! How is this location still in business???
