KayLyn assisted me with the television, David helped me select a computer. Jerry installed my computer and answered all of my questions. Darwin set up my television and took away the old set. John R and Julian G completed a data transfer from my old hard drive to a new external drive. Everyone was helpful and very service-oriented. This staff provided excellent service and I will recommend Best Buy to all of my friends. These people are well-trained and are well-supervised. Janet Sands
