    I came in to the store attempting to purchase multiple laptops, mice, and accessories for my new office that is opening. I browsed the open box area first, one man who worked for Sony was very helpful but I seemed to just annoy the other workers as they conversed with their friends. When they opened the “geek squad certified” box the laptop was totally ruined and the Keyes were full of residue. They claimed they had no clue how it passed inspection even though they inspected it…They advised me don’t buy it as it was an “bad mistake.” After chasing down employees I got two more boxes brought out then everyone disappeared. When I asked for help and said I was tired of waiting I was met with annoyance and zero help. As a general contractor, I will be taking my office fit outs and future projects elsewhere as I could not even speak to a manager. I have purchased many items here before but due to the lack of respect/care for sales I won’t be returning. If you’re buying in bulk AVOID.

    Not a fan of Best Buy. Went looking for a turntable, they had 1. Girls (staff) standing around talking, no help at all about what's not on the shelf.

    Why do a battery replacement appointment time if you know your tech is leaving less than 30 mins later. No empathy on the fact I needed this done today. Laughed at me for being upset. I work every day of the week and took off today specifically to get this done.
