  I ordered a Samsung tablet on the website for 50$ cheaper than amazon and since I love close I decided to just pick it up in store. Upon arrival I asked one of the associates at the front of the store where do I got to pick up and item purchased online. I was then directed to the checkouts in the front of the store. There I was greeted asked for my info and my tablet was brought to me. The associate behind the register was polite and courteous. After picking up the tablet I went over to find a case for it. I was greeted by Dom and he showed be the available cases. I purchased one but decided I am going to take it back because its too big and bulky. Also expensive at 31$. I will get a cheaper one on amazon for 25. I was browsing the PC's and monitors when I was greeted by Robin. She was very kind and we talked about prices and how good the monitors looked. It was a very good experience and I will be returning if I need a tech purchase in the future.

  Door Dash delivering Beat Buy products isn't the smartest marketing tool. Why would you use a Door dash driver to deliver expensive products. I have watched the DoorDash person past my area of residence four times and when I called, the help service desk they were not helpful at all. They had no idea why they hadn't delivered the item. UPS / Fed Ex has always delivered our products and we had never had an issue with those companies. Why??

  Huge shout out to Sam and Nick at the phones section. They were so helpful and an absolute joy to work with! My sons and I came in today just to look around. Ended up upgrading my phone, switching providers and getting the best deal in the process!

  insignia microwave 7 cubic ft is a FIRE HAZARD DO NOT BUY the top inside roof browned & pitted! sparks burnt food& damage is not repairable!

  I needed help today because an iPhone update caused my phone to be an overpriced brick. I scheduled a Geek Squad appointment and was helped by Nick. He absolutely saved the day!! I came into that store fully expecting to be told my phone was dead. Instead he brought it back to life. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Thank you Nick!!!
