  I bought a dash cam and took it to them to install it. A couple days after they installed it, I noticed it wasn't working right. I took it back and they did something to it and told me it was ok. It worked for one day after and then stopped. . I kept on calling to see if I could take it back for them to see what the problem was, and no one returned my calls. They charged me $100 to install it. I ended up taking it to another place and they founded that some wire as not connected the right way. I would never in my right mind recommend anyone to have them install dash cams . Very unprofessional. I’m not a happy costumer.

  I was greeted by Joel who quickly asked how he could help. He checked my receipt for a phone screen protector I needed to replace which had a lifetime warranty. Joel quickly located the product for me and directed me to checkout. At checkout I was helped by Ricardo who offered me a receipt for the new screen protector and then took me directly to the Geek Squad area and personally installed the screen protector perfectly. Both Joel and Ricardo were helpful, professional and friendly. I was in and out within 15 minutes and never left the front of the store. Exceptional service all around.

  This is a complicated review for me. Most of the folks who work here are very kind. A couple of folks really went above and beyond to help me solve a huge problem I was having. On those folks, I would give this store a higher rating. However the third party company they have in there selling AT&T service is the worst. ****DO NOT do business with Virginia.**** No follow through, no support. She is just making a sale and moving on to her next sale with no care for any issues customers have. I spent FOUR MONTHS trying to get my AT&T service working. Every time I asked her for help, she told me she couldn't help me. The managers at Best Buy, who got no commission or incentive for her sale, invested way more in helping me, even though it wasn't their job. Worst cellular experience ever. (Turns out bad motherboard on my new phone.)

  They are very pushy about trying to get you to sign up for a best buy credit card. In the 15 mins we were in the store, we were asked 6 times...3 of those were from the cashier who waited on us. Other than that, it's clean and well stocked
