Somehow he signed out of his iCloud and lost all his contacts so he did not know who was calling or texting him. When I tried to sign back into his iCloud, it was not letting me use the correct email account. So after a few hours of struggling with the phone, I suggested him to take it to the store and have them help since that is where he got it from. Michael was able to help him get back all of his contacts and was very patient with my father. Michael also called me on my father’s phone and explained exactly what happened in terms both him and I could understand. Great customer service! Went above and beyond so thank you Michael!

We had no appointment, Michael was on his way out for the day, but he stayed and took care of getting us a new phone and also got it all set up for us.
