  I visited the Verizon store in Wyoming today, I had called yesterday to just get some information about switching carriers and I spoke to Michael, he was so knowledgeable and answered every question I had and really walked me through it, so I made an appointment to set up my new phones (4 total), and he walked me through each and every step in the entire process, he got me the best deal, and set me up with all 4 phones, and even told me what I needed to do next to set up my streaming services and Apple Music, I would highly recommend go there and speaking to him if you are on the fence about switching carriers. Michael was absolutely top notch, I don’t ever write reviews but he deserved the time it took to write this review because without his help I would be overpaying somewhere else.

  My son and I had had such a wonderful experience at this Verizon location. The team were patient and knowledgeable about the new phone and finding the best plan that worked for us. They were even able to assist with bundling my streaming services, and changing my Apple plan which provided me with cost savings that I didn’t know was possible. Highly recommend Verizon on Wyoming Ave in Wyoming Pa for a great experience! Very customer service centered business!

  I had a fantastic experience thanks to the outstanding service of one of the store employees. Michael was incredibly helpful and clearly very knowledgeable about the products, guiding me through my options without ever making me feel rushed. What really stood out was his upbeat, positive personality—every interaction felt genuine and uplifting. It’s rare to meet someone who can make shopping both easy and enjoyable, but he absolutely did. Highly recommended!

  My father went to the Verizon store yesterday because he was having trouble with the contacts in his phone. Somehow he signed out of his iCloud and lost all his contacts so he did not know who was calling or texting him. When I tried to sign back into his iCloud, it was not letting me use the correct email account. So after a few hours of struggling with the phone, I suggested him to take it to the store and have them help since that is where he got it from. Michael was able to help him get back all of his contacts and was very patient with my father. Michael also called me on my father’s phone and explained exactly what happened in terms both him and I could understand. Great customer service! Went above and beyond so thank you Michael!
