    I have had an extremely frustrating experience trying to resolve inaccurate phone promotions on my Verizon account. I worked directly with a manager, Austin Lowe, who stated that due to ongoing promotional errors, my $120 activation fee would be fully waived. After that conversation, I spoke with another Verizon representative, David, who contradicted this and said only $80 would be credited. As of now, no credit has been applied at all, and the phone promotions are still incorrect. Despite multiple contacts with customer service and having an open support ticket, this issue remains unresolved and my account balance is $1,209. The lack of follow-through and inconsistent information from representatives has been unacceptable. I made several good-faith attempts to resolve this directly, but the promises made were not honored. This experience has significantly impacted my trust in Verizon’s customer service.

Despite the clock ticking toward closing time, he rolled up his sleeves (figuratively, but maybe literally—he was ready to help), listened to my situation, and pitched in to figure out how to fix things. The contrast between my prior store experience and this one was like night and day, a real “complete 180” moment. Verdict: if you want service that’s helpful, friendly, and willing to stay a bit after hours to get you sorted, swing by Willow St. and ask for Austin Lowe. He turned a stressful shopping trip into a surprisingly pleasant pit stop. Thanks, Austin, for proving that good customer service can still exist, even when the clock is counting down to closing time.

    I unexpectedly ended up at this Verizon store with an old phone that would not charge. Dave Reist was absolutely amazing: patient, competent and kind. A terrific mix not often found together. I walked out a very happy customer. If I could give him more than 5 stars I would.

    David was awesome . He took the time to explain everything, looked at all options, answered all questions that I had. It was a pleasure working with him. It was because of his knowledge, caring attitude , finding best deal etc that I decided to go through with the deal . If you have any special rewards or just a pat on the back for him he is truly deserving of it. He’s an asset for your company .

    Amazing experience. Was there to trade in my mom’s phone and there was only one employee and it was busy. He was kind, we had laughs and at the end of the day it’s not that serious. Be kind to those that help you and they’ll be kind to you.
