  The online hours say they open at 9 I got there a little after 9 they were closed. A gentlemen came about 9:30 so I jumped out the car and when I walked up to the door the guy put 10 fingers (no eye contact at all 🤨 so I guess that was to say they don’t open until 10. So I went to Wawa to pass the time came back now he’s in the back nowhere to be found and I’m ringing the bell no answer. Been waiting for 10min now. Crazy

  My son who is an authorized name on my Verizon account went into the store this morning to drop off a trade in. The manager and representative were very rude and unhelpful. They claim they could not find my cellphone number or account number. My son had to call me on speaker to get this resolved. They finally found the account and deleted my trade in amount from $833 to $90 and tried to say that I did that. I would never make myself earn less from a trade in. They caused an error and wouldn’t take accountability. My son left the store totally disappointed. I called Verizon customer service and it took 45 minutes on the phone to rectify the Verizon store at this Easton road mistake!!! Do not go to this store!!! They lack professionalism and proper customer service skills.

  I want to give a huge shout out to OMAR at the Willow Grove location for providing truly exceptional customer service. He went above and beyond to assist me with my account, taking the time to understand my situation and making sure everything was handled correctly. His professionalism, patience, and genuine desire to help really stood out. Thank you!

  This may be listed as a corporate store, but it is more like a glorified retail store that specializes in selling phone plans, upgrades, various electronics and accessories. To all Verizon customers, they DON'T do any technical support here. They do have a phone you can use and have guest WIFI available so you can contact customer support. They may also offer to help in the phone call process to assist in jumping through the numerous hoops if they have the time, but don't count on it. About upgrading- be prepared to be referred to another store if you want the latest and greatest (e.g. iphone 17 pro max) as they only have stock of so many phones/types/colors. One last note- if you have questions about your Verizon account, they do have a tablet that can access some of your information but not all of it. This makes it especially frustrating as they can help, but it is limited and partial even if the individual sales representative is trying their best just because of the barriers and system in place. The employees here tend to get the most frustrated, impatient, and entitled people so please be kind to the staff who are trying to help! They can't control the system and whoever sent you here in the first place.
