He said it doesn’t matter totally ridiculous. This store is useless and worthless. The people they suck I would not do business with this place.

The lady on the phone said I would get a loyalty discount of $20. It nene happened. My phone bill is now $93. Don't promise stuff you can't do. Lying to keep customers is absolutely the worst type of service. I am no longer loyal to Verizon because of this store and the staff that pretended to help and care but only made my life more expensive and frustrating.

I can get on an airplane with my military ID but can’t pick up a IPhone I purchased. The instructions provided stated a valid ID or credit card used to make the purchase. This will be the last time I go to this store, canceling my order.

Every person I interacted with at this store over several days had their own unique approach to accomplishing nothing. I’ve never seen anything like it before, and may never again. I’d been with Verizon for 10 years prior to switching, with only a few issues that were all easily fixed.
