    Bad faith sales tactics used here, after explicitly saying I didn't want the device insurance they somehow snuck it on there anyway. All of the discounts that were promised were non existent according the online agents and after returning the phones to another location, explaining the situation and them seeing the hand written promised discounts the associate said "Yea they got you." Very disappointed. Bill promised $116 actual Bill $228.

    This may be listed as a corporate store, but it is more like a glorified retail store that specializes in selling phone plans, upgrades, various electronics and accessories. To all Verizon customers, they DON'T do any technical support here. They do have a phone you can use and have guest WIFI available so you can contact customer support. They may also offer to help in the phone call process to assist in jumping through the numerous hoops if they have the time, but don't count on it. About upgrading- be prepared to be referred to another store if you want the latest and greatest (e.g. iphone 17 pro max) as they only have stock of so many phones/types/colors. One last note- if you have questions about your Verizon account, they do have a tablet that can access some of your information but not all of it. This makes it especially frustrating as they can help, but it is limited and partial even if the individual sales representative is trying their best just because of the barriers and system in place. The employees here tend to get the most frustrated, impatient, and entitled people so please be kind to the staff who are trying to help! They can't control the system and whoever sent you here in the first place.

    The manager should teach customers service to her employees I asked for help and the employee just didn’t want to help . I asked for different tech he got upset and said why and kept staring me until the manager came and stepped in and started with asking me if everything was ok and I told her what was going on and I needed a different person she told me the store was very busy with 40 mins wait . I believe I was the second last person to walk in but still had 40 mins wait although she pushed it to a next day appointment . Corporate need to look at this location.if no action taken Next follow up will be with Bbb and FTC and Verizon community forms please teach customers service to your employees

    Horrible service lied and missreprsented themselves. Made promises and couldn't keep them. Edwyn was horrible to deal with and has no business talking to customers. Verizon should be ashamed of the customer service the stores are providing. The so called manager has no idea what he's talking about.

    Worst Verizon customer service. Representative was not helpful at all. I purchased 2 phones 3wks ago at a Verizon store in Warrington store I went to return them to only find out the Warrington store is no longer corporate and is a franchise. Warrington could not allow me to turn phones in if I wanted a receipt. They told me to go to the Willow Grove store. Went in to Willow Grove to return the phone and had a question as to why my bill did not reflect the credits I was to receive. The representative said he could not help me with my bill bc he did not sell me the plan. He said I need to speak to the sales person where I purchased the plan. The Warrington store is under new mgmt and the sales rep is not there. I said why should that matter bc he is in a corporate store and can look up my acct. He said he would not do that but can tell me what to do. So I said, then give me my phones back until I straightened this out. He grabbed my phones and put them in his pocket and said I can't have them back bc he issued the credit for which he did not give me full value for. He failed to mention that to me. I said you really did not help me today. He said he did by telling me what to do. I asked for my phones back again. He said he issued the credit already. I said reverse it. I explained when I purchased the new phones, the store was corporate and he can look up my acct but did not want to. He said he could no longer work with me and to leave. I felt so ripped off bc I was deceived. The representative needs to learn ppl and customer service skills. He also needs to speak more clearly. Just a poor representation of Verizon. He can't help me bc the original store went franchised...but bc he is in corporate, he can take my phones??
