  my MacBook fell off my bed about a month ago and the screen was damaged, I got it four years ago, spent over 1,000 on it... today I went to the apple store, and was trying to figure out if I could get a trade in value gc and all they said was no, and if I wanted to get it fixed I could. the guy said sometimes its free to fix, LOL no way it's gonna be free and he goes , "yeah I don't think it will be" he said we just don't give out gc, they also could not answer why their products are made so poorly!! the entitlement is unnerving, the employees were clapping for customers when they walked in, we are not children, we do not need to be treated as such. their customer service is TERRIBLE. people pay lots of money for these apple products, and deserve a small compensation God for bid they give you a 20$ gc or something just for simply giving it in to recycle. they make so much money and they can't give back to their customers. I filed a complaint with apple support, do better apple!!!!

  I had the absolute best experience at the Apple Store thanks to Brian! He was so great, friendly, funny, and genuinely wonderful—everything amazing you could want in a customer experience. Brian was incredibly helpful and patient while walking me and my mom through purchasing two phones, while trading in our old ones, and an Apple Watch, taking the time to answer every question we had and make sure everything was set up perfectly before having us leave. He made the whole process easy, stress-free, and actually fun. He also gave us so much helpful information on the classes that Apple offers, which we did not know of prior to coming in! This was hands down the best Apple Store experience I’ve ever had, and it was entirely because of him. Thank you, Brian!

  I had an awesome experience at the Apple Store, and it was 100% because of Maria. She was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was handled the right way—not rushed, not dismissive, just solid customer service. Maria explained my options clearly, answered every question without the tech-speak overload, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. You can tell she actually knows her stuff and enjoys helping people, which is rare these days. Apple’s products are great, but employees like Maria are what make the experience next-level. If you’re going to this store, do yourself a favor and ask for her. Absolute pro. 👏🍎

  Today I'm having a horrible experience inside this store, unfortunately a 20-minute service is close to 2 hours, because I'm simply not American. The person who attended me simply left me at the table went to do another service and did not come back. I'm here waiting without anyone even looking and asking if I need anything. Horrible

  My sisters phone decided not to turn on after a few months. Initially went to the KOP location and they were very helpful but did not have the needed potential part for repair so we headed to Willow Grove. We were greeted immediately upon entry. Helped shortly after arrival by the technician. Even though we did have to wait 2+ hours for the repair - which ended up being a full replacement- Johnny was wonderful! he kept us informed. He was patient, assisted with all updates, fielded questions, and was very sociable. Made the ordeal bearable. thanks for the fantastic service!
