  I wenr to pick up my ordered iPhone from this store on 2/22 weather was about to getting bad for next days and I just made in time, however they didn't allow me enter the store although I keep showing the time that I should still allowed and came after driving 40 miles. The guy at the door asked to come ignoring the time ..I just had to pick up my order no other business.

  If there was negative stars I would put -5 stars because we went in there for 1 hour and got no help. He tried to multi task with 2 customers and told us to come back tomorrow. I don’t recommend coming here to buy anything.

  In October 2025, I brought my iPhone 15 Pro Max to the Apple Store at Willow Grove Park for a camera repair while fully covered under AppleCare+. After the repair, new issues appeared that were not present before service: debris behind the camera lens, a growing black dot on the screen, screen glitches, and eventually the entire bottom half of the display turning black. On January 20, 2026, after the device became unusable, I returned to the store. I was told Apple would replace the phone, but it was not in stock and would need to be ordered. Because I rely on my phone for work, I purchased a new phone through my carrier. I was later notified that the replacement was ready. I could not pick it up on the original date and rescheduled, but that appointment was canceled by Apple due to a snowstorm on January 25, 2026. On February 18, 2026, I returned to the store and was informed that the device no longer had AppleCare coverage and the approved replacement would not be honored. The phone was under AppleCare when repaired and when the defects were reported. The replacement had already been approved. Store delays and a weather cancellation should not void Apple’s responsibility. I am now left with a defective device that cannot be used or resold.

  This Apple Store has been my go-to for the past ten years — from buying laptops, desktops, and iPhones to sorting out every little nuance in between. No matter how minor the issue, the Apple Geniuses have always been knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. If technology had a customer service hall of fame, this team would already have a wing named after them.

  When this store is on it’s game, it’s good. But when the store is slightly busy, it’s a free for all. There’s no organization for walkins vs appointments. You can tell the leadership is lacking. Bad look for a ecosystem product. I had an appointment for 14:55 waited until about 15:21 to be able to speak to a rep to be told I need to make another appointment for a replacement AirPod. Do better as a store, you should have systems in place to mitigate customer traffic and needs. Maybe even a feature on your support app to let your “Geniuses” know customers arrived for appointments.
