The wait wasn’t that long I’d say it was about 25-35 minutes but I walked out with my phone working and not defecting! I was scared at first because of the reviews but pray and ask God ( YAH ) to put you with the right people and he will make that happen!

It seems that apple would rather their devices eventually become completely unusable at a certain point, rather than be able to just do the simple thing I want to do with this thing, play the music that I uploaded to it years ago, as any electronic product like this should. In fairness the woman that tried to assist me did nothing wrong. But after losing all that content (much of it personal content that cant be recovered) im done with their stuff
