    Did 3 upgrades, one line was a device buyout with upgrade and two just an upgrade promotion. Got my bill and it was suppose to be in the 440 price range (this is normal I have 8 lines). I was charged 695. They did not credit the device buyout! I even went to the store and asked for help before the bill was going to be withdrawn. One Verizon worker tried telling me that it happens and it will work itself out. Work itself out?! Meaning I pay the device buyout and maybe the next bill will be correct?! A lady gave me a direct line and said if I don’t hear from her to call the next day. I heard nothing back. Called the number, no answer, no call back on the voicemail I left. Went in again and I couldn’t access my phone due to the main number(card holder) on the account wasn’t registering cause the upgrade. I left, called customer service at home, for them to tell me I needed to go back to the store, again!!! 10 mins later I get a call from a customer service supervisor apologizing and telling me she can help and apologies for the inconvenience. She credits the 200 some dollar over charge. Problem 2: I had to call on one of the other upgrades cause service wasn’t working after the old phone was factory reset. Problem 3: Now I had to call in yet again cause my bill was being charged on the one upgrade for the phone. When it should have been credited. Basically Verizon here sold me the phones but never put in the work to make sure my bill was accurate for the next billing cycle. They didn’t cross their t’s and dot their i’s!! I’m two billing cycles in and fingers crossed my next bill is correct. Not one person willing to go above and beyond for a 8 year loyal customer with 100% perfect automatic payments!! It’s service like this that frustrates customers, that makes the job for customer service harder. They catch the brunt of it all due to others poor performance, or poor work ethic. Now if I sound like a complainer or this is a bunch of bull, I assure you, I’m NOT! Every time I do an upgrade or make a change to my account something isn’t right with the bill, the job is never done to 100% satisfaction! I have automatic payments for a reason, so I don’t have to stress when it’s due. What I don’t expect is being over charged, wasting my time calling in to correct said problems. Which all seem to stem from the lack of effort at this store. I believe they can do better as a whole!! I can honestly say I have never left this store and NOT had a problem. Why do I go back? Well only two stores in our area. I wish I had better options, better Verizon employees to help, to do the job hired for! I’d most Definitely wouldn’t be wasting my time calling customer service, making senseless trips to the store or posting a review. Which I don’t do!! I do hope with all this said it reaches the right person!! Do better Verizon!!
