  I admit, I'm not proficient at using electronic devices. I took it there with an appointment, that was ignored. The young thin short young man was totally disrespectful. I told him what I needed, I'd open my laptop, and he would close it each time saying "it is already done" or you don't have that on here" and each time he would close it, he pushed it across the counter, to me, and say "NEXT". It was so frustrating and extreme poor service. I was charged a lot to sign up, then there is a $25.00 monthly fee and a service fee, if you use their lousy service. Im getting on the phone now, and will speak to a manager. They were of no use whatsoever. Im not a fan of ATT, but I was reading through their paperwork and they provide those services there. I did not remember that. Off to Walmart I go!

  I would like to commend Consultation Agent, Geek Squad, Jacinda, for her knowledge and personable attention to my issue when I visited the Wilkes-Barre, Pa., Best Buy. This young lady was smart, kind and respectful. She is certainly an asset to the company and I hope that this recommendation will tell others what a great associate she is.

  We had the worst experience ever with this guy named NATANAEL , rude , unprofessional, doesn’t know how to diagnose the problem , because of that we got approved for unit exchange after 9 years based on the lemon law . Just be aware
