  Took my pop to the whitehall best buy on 9/15 in pa. His computer isn't working. Turns on, but that's all. The geeks gave him an appointment for 9/16 time, between 7:00am-7:00pm. They call 8:41am 9/ 16 to tell him they can't come, no one is in his area till Friday 9/19. They ask him to check his email- pop tells them it doesn't work, can't get into computer! Why give an appointment (lie) then reschedule, plus ask him to check his email when he can't get into it !!! These people are a joke, period !!! Do not recommend them.

  Good appointment availability. Friendly and fair technicians. They weren't able to help me with my issue, but that isn't any fault of theirs.

  Started out poorly, with third party installers not showing up. Best Buy in Whitehall PA, and the geek squad went above and beyond to make things right.
