Product lineup was good but it was difficult to find the TV power cord that I had found online and said was in stock. You would have thought it was with all the other power cords for TVs in the TV section. However it ended up being over by the computers and video games. Either this should be multiple facings or the app should direct you to what part of the store it's located in as it's hard to find a staff member almost any time. I tried going into the magnolia home theater to ask some questions and nobody was working there. I really appreciate brick and mortar locations and being able to ask questions and interact with technology that I'm considering purchasing but this type of experience makes it really difficult. I know that sales are down and costs are up but still if you can't do something right don't do it at all it may be better just to focus on online or a smaller format store kind of like the wireless stores you used to have. On the bright side I did find The power cord I needed as well as a new laptop with Microsoft 365 subscription. I really want to try and keep patronizing Best Buy especially as I'm a credit cardholder and a Total Tech member, but The reduction in products you offer such as physical media for film & television and the low staffing, decrease in product knowledge is really starting to push me towards more convenient options.

I can wait to see best buy in Whitehall closed. This is my second time in that store and nobody helped me. Was a lady in the asked for help and she never moved. After 10 minutes I went back and said Thank to her.

I purchased an LG Refrigerator and an Insignia Dehumidifier a couple of months ago. The Salesman’s name was Sam Billeh and this review is about his performance.
He showed us numerous Refrigerators and we settled on an LG French door with two Freezer drawers. I just want Best Buy to know how much we appreciate Sam and his Sales ability. Not only did he sell us the French Door Refrigerator but he also sold us an Insignia Dehumidifier. My Wife and would like to tell you how much we appreciate, Sam.
He is great Sales person who treats his customers with respect and he was very professional. We are very happy with the appliances we bought that day and we have a lot of faith in Best Buy. I would sincerely hope that you would recognize Sam’s Sales ability. You are extremely fortunate, that you have such a dedicated employee who represents your Best Buy and he likes your company and this should bring in more customers, if they are like Sam! Sam needs to be recognized, in front of his peers as a great employee who represents Best Buy and should also bring in customers because of his attitude. Thank you for employing him, so that he can share his experience with some of your employees!

I originally left a five-star review after a genuinely great customer service experience with a representative named Kevin. Unfortunately, my experience went downhill after I began having issues with a computer I recently purchased, including freezing and overheating. When I called to ask whether an offer Kevin made would be honored, specifically that a replacement would be matched to the price at the time of original purchase, I was met with argumentative and combative representatives. I was even corrected harshly for calling it a “price match,” as if I should be privy to the terminology they use or if it somehow mattered more than resolving the issue. I was transferred multiple times without being told I was being transferred, forcing me to repeat myself over and over, only to receive no real help or guidance. I was honestly in disbelief at how poor the service was. I shop at Best Buy regularly, but with so many other businesses to choose from, this level of treatment and lack of support should not be tolerated.
