After an hour with customer support they send me to the store here in Lehigh Valley spoke with Alex the technician and Shelby the store manager this people did not know how to get the IMI out of the phone did not know how to reset the phone had me. Waiting for over an hour they couldn't fix it left with the same issue this is why you're better off with Android phones I will never buy an Apple product again.

We went after few months due to crack in the screen protector and apple store manager Rick declined to provide us replacement. Initially they ask for receipt when we present proof of purchase with the date it was bought they simply refuse to provide us replacement. According to store manager Rick Apple does not provide support for accessories sold in store. All warranty claims or issue we need to contact manufacturer. No other information provided to contact anyone at APPLE or the manufacturer of the product.
